KIterang lah especially. Bebudak kat rumah ni kena masak something yang dorang suka. Anything but rice. Bila time bukan masak nasi, I lah paling suka. Kurang memcuni periuk belangu, kuali, sudip dan sebagainya. Tak payah lap dapur minyak bagai. Semalam macam bias, sebelum semua keluar ke destinasi masing-masing, Dah tanya dah nak makan apa, semua jawab tak nak nasi.So fikir punya fikir, I decide masak Barbecue Chicken. Sos dia buat sendiri.<\/p>\n<p>Dulu I pernah share resepi BBQ chicken dalam blog ni. Resepi tu I amik kat dalam buku masakan kanak-kanak, Sedap jugak resepi tu. Resepinya, olahan idea dari Chef Michael yang dalam Chef at Home dan juga pioneer woman. The only thing yang I takde was molasses. Sejenis sirap gula pekat. Tapi I ganti dengan gula melaka.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-12794\" src=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/image15-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/image15-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/image15-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/image15-624x468.jpg 624w, https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/image15.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I buat 2 whole leg dengan 6 ketul chicken wing.<\/p>\n<p>Resepi Ayam Barbeku \/ Chicken barbecue<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cawan sos tomato<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cawan sos cili<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 keping gula melaka<\/li>\n<li>3 sudu madu<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil gula<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu cuka kurma &#8211; cuka biasa pun boleh tapi kat rumah guna cuka ni<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam<\/li>\n<li>1 suudu kecil garam<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil paprika &#8211; yang ni tak letak sbb habis<\/li>\n<li>3 sudu kicap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cara-cara<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perap ayam dengan semua bahan ni selama \u00a02-3 jam<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan oven lebih kurang 15 minit<\/li>\n<li>Bakar ayam selama 40 minit pada suhu 180 C<\/li>\n<li>Siap untuk dihidangkan dengan sidekicks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Utk ayam ni, rasa dia ada manis\u00a0sikit, masam tomato, pedas sikit. Lain kali nak try letak cumin sikit. Yummy&#8230;. Potato tu nak cepat I potong gitu je. Selalu I guna mandoline, tapi sebab malas nak lsepahkan barang kat dappur, potong macam ni pun boleh.
