Supaya ringan kaki lebih flexible untuk buat kicking. Hahaha tinggi jugak cita-cita tu utk seorang yang dah berumur 35 tahun, Yang ada slipdisc. Tapi semenjak buat workout, dah takde sakit belakng, takde lenguh kaki berjalan jauh dan yang pasti minda berasa sihat dan lebih berfikiran positif. Badan kita amanah dariNYA, jadi kena jaga dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi sekarang ni, 3 hari seminggu, selama 15-20 minit saya buat senaman ringan kat rumah. Sama ada pilates, cardio workout ataupun buat pattern taekwondo. Dan setiap ahad, selama sejam lebih plak masa dalam kelas Taekwondo bersama anak-anak. Hehehehe&#8230;.. Jadi biasanya pukul 3 macam tu dah get ready . Buatlah slowly asalkan badan berpeluh. Bila berpeluh baru rasa best, rasa segar. Setiap kali bersenam, saya ditemani personal trainer yang sangat chicky, handsome tetapi garang. Kalau plank tak cukup 2 minit jgn harap nak berhenti dah lah dia buat belakang I macam bench je kan, siap ada timer. Crunch kena 30 kali sambil perut kena pijak&#8230; dia kira cukup, lompat bintang, push up, squat \u00a0his fav &#8230;. Tapi ok lah bila ada personal trainer kadang tak rasa boring, rasa lagi semangat.
