Beli dah lebih 2 minggu kot. Tengah dok pikir nak masak apa. Rasa macam pernah nampakmember kat FB masak kari sotong tapi tak ingat sapa. So Tengah hari semalam datang angin nak masak untuk awal. So masak lah awal sikit supaya Rayyan boleh makan nasi. Masak nasi \u00a0siang-siang untuk malam terus. So takdelah kelam kabut nak masak time petang tu kan.<\/p>\n<p>Resepi masak kari sotong tak susah pun, I guna resepi kari ikan yang I buat je pun. Senang dan sedap kari sotong ni. Ingat balik kampung ni nak masaklah for my mum. Mesti dia dah boring masak sambal sotong, sotong rebus. Masak kari plak. Kena plak dengan sotong ada telur, menangis kooo<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-11975\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/image17-600x450.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/image17-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/image17-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/image17-624x468.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RAMUAN<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 ekor sotong saiz medium &#8211; ni dua orang makan je<\/li>\n<li>3 tangkai daun kari<\/li>\n<li>1 serai- tumbuk @ titik<\/li>\n<li>1 Bunga lawang<\/li>\n<li>1 sudu kecil Biji sawi<\/li>\n<li>3 Bawang kecil -mayang halus<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00a0Bawang putih\u00a0 \u00a0-mayang halus<\/li>\n<li>seinci Halia\u00a0-mayang halus<\/li>\n<li>2 sudu Cili kisar \u2013 bancuh dengan air<\/li>\n<li>1 pkt \u00a0Serbuk kari ikan + 1 sudu serbuk kari daging<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cawan santan pekat<\/li>\n<li>1 Asam keping<\/li>\n<li>1 tomato<\/li>\n<li>air 1 cawan<\/li>\n<li>garam dan gula secukup rasa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA-CARA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tumis daun kari , biji sawi dan serai sampai naik bau<\/li>\n<li>Lepas tu masukkankan bunga lawang ,bawang yang dimayang dan halia , tumis lagi sampai layu<\/li>\n<li>bila dah layu masukkan cili kisar yang dibancuh dengan serbuk kari dan air \u2013 tumis sampai pecah minyak<\/li>\n<li>Bila dah pecah minyak, masukkan air dan santan,asam dan garam gula<\/li>\n<li>bila dah mendidih, masukkan sotong<\/li>\n<li>Masak lebih kurang 15 minit dgn api pelahan<\/li>\n<li>Bila dah masak, masukkan tomato.Tutup Api<\/li>\n<li>Biar je sayur masak dgn kepanasan yang ada<\/li>\n<li>siap untuk dihidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So semalam 2 kali makan nasi. eee tak suka tak suka hehehe mengada-ngada kan. Makan je lah. Rayyan plak dah masak lauk sedap nak jugak nasi kicap telur. Tak muak ke Rayyan ? Oh ya masak kari sotong ni air jangan taruk banyak sebab sotong nanti keluarkan air lagi. Kang cair plak kari.
