Goreng tanpa minyak guna kuali Tefal. Mencuba untuk hidangan lebih sihat, ginilah kena kurangkan minyak. I uli pukul 12 tgh lagi, Pukul 7 baru goreng. Hasilnya lembut. Kalau kat kedai mamak, berminyak-minyak nanti rasa menyesal plak makan. Buat 1\/2 kilo gandum dapat 7 keping roti canai. First time masak guna sardin cap Marina. Not bad rasanya. Ni sebekas ni untuk 3 beradik tu je. Afriena makan pasta pastu makan roti canai seping setengah.
