{"id":110,"date":"2008-08-08T15:33:37","date_gmt":"2008-08-08T07:33:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/?p=110"},"modified":"2010-02-24T16:47:03","modified_gmt":"2010-02-24T08:47:03","slug":"tomyam-campur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/2008\/08\/tomyam-campur\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomyam Campur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sawanila.com\/v10\/images\/stories\/food\/2008\/tomyamcampur.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENT<\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tbps tomyam paste<\/li>\n<li>a small bowl of chicken &#8211; any part cut nicely<\/li>\n<li>10 prawn &#8211; blanced<\/li>\n<li>squid<\/li>\n<li>2 lemon grass<\/li>\n<li>4kafir leave (daun limau purut)<\/li>\n<li>small chili &#8211; up to your taste<\/li>\n<li>cabbage, carrot, tomatoes,capsicum,brocolli etc.<\/li>\n<li>oil<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>enough water for soup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>METHOD<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>heat some oil<\/li>\n<li>fry some garlic + cili padi + tomato to get some umph gravy<\/li>\n<li>put some water with tomyam paste, lemon grass, kafir leave and small chilies<\/li>\n<li>then throw some chicken (I have blanch my chicken for 5 minute to take out all the fat excess)<\/li>\n<li>once boiled, put the squid<\/li>\n<li>Once squid cooked then add those  vegie and put more chop chilies.<\/li>\n<li>finally add shrimp and salt<\/li>\n<li>ready to serve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ps:normally I like to enjoy my tomyam with noodle but this time I have with some white rice and fried egg.yummy.
