Mesti sedap sedap kan. Kiterang simple je. \u00a0Smoothies, sandwich dan cereal for kids.Smoothies dah siap buat malam tu sebelum tido. I buat 2 layer. Bawah mango + orange dan atasnya mango+ strawberry. Sat ye resepi menyusul kat bawah. Bangun sahur tadi bebudak senang je bangun. Lepas habis sahur dorang mandi tunggu subuh . Si Afriena lepas subuh , sambung tido and Ashraff plak main game. Kiterang \u00a0sahur pukul 5. I kan mak so awal sikit sebab buat sandwich untuk diri sendiri. Sandwich telur dan cheese. Tu pun share dengan bebudak. Then telan oatmeal smoothies , minum 2 gelas air, 1 kurma dan 2 biji pil (folic acid + probiotic). Oh air zam-zam sikit. Tapi dia bangun gak . Rupanya dia goreng telur makan dgn roti. I tau kenapa dia nak masak sendiri sebab saja nak masak guna tefal baru la tuh. Memang best tefal baru tu :)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-10838\" alt=\"photo\" src=\"http:\/\/sawanila.com\/v10\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/photo-500x375.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Resepi 2 layered oatmeal smoothies<\/p>\n<p>INGEREDIENT<\/p>\n<p>1st layer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup mango<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup orange<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 milk (low fat or full cream)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbs oat<\/li>\n<li>1tbs honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2nd layer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup mango<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup frozen strawberry<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 milk (low fat or full cream)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbs oat<\/li>\n<li>1tbs honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>METHOD<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>blend untuk 1st ayer dan tuang dalam gelas.<\/li>\n<li>Cuci bekas blender, then blend utk 2nd layer<\/li>\n<li>bila siap tuang perlahan-lahan kedalam gelas yang dah dituang dengan 1st layer<\/li>\n<li>simpan dalam peti sejuk untuk santapan sahur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Buat smoothies sebelum tidur senang, nanti bangun sahur agak-agak malas nak masak, Amik je straw then sedut then telan. Lepas minum air bebanyak. tadaa siap. Nanti nak try kurma+ susu+ oatmeal+madu smoothies plak :).
