Lately, semangat nak makan sayur ni membuak-buak plak. Tengah melatih diri sendiri untuk kurangkan makan nasi, sebab saya sangat gemuk. I tak boleh diet macam orang lain.Kang bila diet, mula lah gastrik la..pening la, lagipun pemakanan seimbang penting dengan disertai dengan senaman. Kata nak kuruskan. Baru 1 minggu mula, berat baru turun 1\/2 kilo . Lambat nye<\/p>\n<p>OKlah, meh sini saya nak kongsikan resepi kerabu kacang botol. Teringat dulu masa muda remaja, kat belakang rumah ada pokok kacang botol. Senang sangatlah tanam dia, campak biji kacang botol, terus naik. Pastu menjalar sana-sini. Nak amik dia mulalah terkait-kait. Tapi tulah yang tu sangat segar. Sekarang mana ada kena pi beli kat supermarket lah.
