Dinner hari ni tema kacang dan ayam….

Semua lauk berasaskan kacang dan ayam…. abis diet hari ni.. mana taknya… masakan kegemaran ayam masak kicap tu…. oleh sebab lauk sedap hari ni… makan bertambah ler.. biasanya tak bertambah.. tapi hari ni bertambah sampai tak ingat punye… dah tu… kenyang tersadai la sekarang ni……

Egg tofu with Minced Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tube of Japanese tofu – sliced and deep fried till brownish
  • 3 tbs of mince chicken
  • mix vegie
  • 3 tbs of oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic -minced
  • some cooking oil
  • 3 tsp of sesame oil

METHOD

  • heat some oil then fry some garlic with chicken
  • Once chicken turned white then add oyster sauce
  • stir it then add water follow by mix vegie
  • once boiled then pour over the fried tofu
  • ready to serve
