			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ini cerita menarik bagi orang Pahang yang dok kat KL. Kalau cerita pasal Pahang jer.. mesti tak lari dengan masakan istimewa orang Pahang iaitu Gulai Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak yang sememangnya hebat, sedap dan lazat.</p>
<p>Ikan patin yang asli dari Sungai Pahang ini tidak dapat ditandingi dari segi rasanya malah rasanya amat sedap sekali dan tidak ada rasa berlumpur, berlumut atau hanyir seperti ikan patin yang dibeli ditempat lain. Sebab itulah harga ikan patin asli Sg Pahang mahal jika dibandingkan dengan ikan patin lombong yang dijual dipasar-pasar Kuala Lumpur dengan harga RM3.50 sekilo. Harga sekilo untuk patin sangkar Sg Pahang adalah RM14 sekilo dan untuk patin buah asli ada yang mencecah RM60 sekilo.</p>
<p>Oleh kerana stock ikan patin dah lama tidak ada, kami sekeluarga ke Temerloh pagi tadi untuk memburu ikan patin. Kami keluar rumah dalam jam 10.00 pagi tapi jalan terlampau lah sesaknya sampai tiba di Tol Gombak dalam jam 11:30am&#8230; Sejam setengah tersangkut&#8230; maklom la.. kat KL tadi ada rusuhan skit&#8230; terus semua jalan tersangkut</p>
<p>Tepat jam 12:30tgh kami tiba di <strong>Bandar Temerloh</strong> dan terus ke <strong>Restoran Abang</strong>, restoran ikan patin gulai tempoyak yang terkenal kat Bandar Temerloh&#8230;</p>

<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>
<ul>
<li>enough ikan patin</li>
<li>10 pcs of dried chili</li>
<li>7 red shallot</li>
<li>2 clove of garlic</li>
<li>1 inch belacan</li>
<li>1 inch of turmeric</li>
<li>2 stalk of lemon grass &#8211; knocked</li>
<li>2 inch of gallangal &#8211; knocked</li>
<li>1 bowl tamarind juice</li>
<li>3tbps of cooking oil</li>
<li> daun kesum</li>
<li>salt , black pepper and ikan bilis granules</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>blend chili, shallot,garlic,turmeric and belacan</li>
<li>heat oil, fry the paste untill you see the oil floated, add lemon grass and gallangal</li>
<li>then add tamarind juice</li>
<li>Once boiled, add fish let it boil again then add vegie follow by salt, pepper and ikan bilis granules</li>
<li>let it simmer for 10 minute</li>
<li>ready to serve</li>

<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Ikan Patin &#8211; a medium size of ikan patin cut to 3 pcs</li>
<li>3tbps of tempoyak</li>
<li>15 pcs bird eye chili and 2 big red chili</li>
<li>enough water to make gravy</li>
<li>fresh turmeric</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
<li>ajinomoto to taste</li>
<li>daun kesum or Vietnamese coriander</li>

<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>blend tempoyak,chili and turmeric with water to make gravy</li>
<li>pour in you pot and cook till boil</li>
<li>Once boiled, put in fish then wait till boil</li>
<li>then add in daun kesum.</li>
<li>add salt and ajinomoto to taste</li>
<li>Simmer for 10 mins and it&#8217;s ready to be serve with rice, fried turmeric chicken and ulam-ulaman.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On the 10th of Ramadhan, we had the special dishes from<strong> PAHANG</strong> which were The <span style="color: #993300;"><strong>Famous Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak</strong></span> and <span style="color: #993300;">Ayam Goreng Bende Berlada</span>.</p>
<p>The ikan patin is the <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">ORIGINAL</span> ikan patin</strong> bought from tepi Sungai Pahang, Temerloh during our trip back from Cherating.  This is not the ordinary RM4.50 per kilo ikan patin which you can buy any wet market in Klang Valley. This ikan patin we bought it RM12 per kilo fresh from the Sungai Pahang and it was freshly caught.</p>
<p>Then we turn the ikan patin into this:</p>
