- purple cabbage – sliced
- carrot
- beijing cabbage-sliced
- 3 tbps of vinegar
- 3 tbps of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- half of big onion- sliced
METHOD
Mix vinegar, sugar and water with all the vegie. keep refrigerate for 0.5 hour then serve.
