Resepi Kari Kepala Ikan

INGREDIENTS

  • half fish head – I use red snapper
  • some curry leaves
  • 1 big Onion – sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic – scliced
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 packet curry powder – I used Babas and add some water to make a paste
  • A pinch turmeric powder
  • 2 tbps of tamarind paste + 1.5 cups of water
  • Salt To Taste
  • oil as required.
  • some vegie e.g egg plant or ladiesfinger – I don’t have one so nevermind

METHOD

  • Heat oil, fry mustard seed with curry leave
  • then add onion and garlic , stirred untill brownish
  • add curry paste and fry till the oil begins to float on top.
  • Add about tamarind juice. Bring the gravy to a boil
  • Add the fish head and cook for 15 minutes.
  • then add vegies.
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Off fire, ready to serve

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pcs of chicken breat -cut to 8 pcs
  • 2 potato – cut to 4 pcs
  • 1 packet of Babas curry powder
  • mix spice – anise star, caddamon and cinammon
  • 2 tbs of onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic paste
  • 1/2 of ginger paste
  • 3 tsb of yogurt
  • 1 cups of water
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tsb of oil

METHOD

  • blend the onion, garlic and ginger curry powder
  • heat the oil, fry the mis spices
  • then add in the curry paste
  • fry and stir them till fragrance
  • then add chicken and potatoes, stir them
  • follow by yogurt, keep stirring
  • then add water and salt
  • Once the potatoes cooked
  • then off fire

Bila malas menyerang….

Semalam rasa cam malas nak masak… yelah hari-hari masak but it’s good to eat home cook. menyihatkan dan mengeratkan kasih sayang…so dalam malas… masaklah jugak..
I cooked a very healthy chicken curry for us tandoori chicken for kiddos.We enjoyed them with Roti Boom from Kart’s

The chicken curry was cooked with yogurt. healthy huh? and the tandoori chicken, I used premix from Maggi. It was very easy and sedap.
The roti boom memang sedap giler.Nak masak pun senang. Just reheat dalam microwave for 2minutes and lepas tu bakar atas non-stick pan sampai dia brown. sedap… satu bungkus tu ada 8 pcs… you guys should try.

Note: Sila abaikan kereta kecil sebagai background ayam tandoori. that’s because, Ashraff nak buat special featuring for his collection. Dia banyak toys and most of them red color…

This is what we makan for the dinner just now…. Balik rumah kelam kabut skit tiap-tiap hari… but still my lovely wife manage to cook fish head curry..

As for the veggie… kacang bende cicah budu pon jadi…

Just to share with all of you that yesterday (15th Ramadhan) we had a superb KARI KEPALA IKAN MERAH or Fish Head Curry. I bough this giant monster fresh from Pasar Borong Seri Kembangan last week and mama did a very superb job to cook this monster in just 30 minutes yesterday.

Yesterday we don’t have time to buy anything from pasar ramadhan and as for the starter, I’ve prepared the Roti Sulaiman which I created this dish yesterday and nobody had never tasted it before.

hahah… this chop n mixed dish is very easy to prepare and the taste is much more better than Roti John which you bought from any pasar ramadhan.
