Beef Pita For Dinner

This is the second night we had our dinner without rice… Yesterday it was tortilla and today we had a very delicious beef pita which was made from fresh beef and mixed with various fresh greens such as capsicum, union, tomatoes and cucumber.

So korang tengok aja la yer… hehehe

Resepi Honey Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • Beef slice – I used batang pinang
  • 1 inch ginger – slice
  • 1 big onion -quartered
  • 1 tbs of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbs of soy sauce aka kicap
  • 1 tbs of black pepper sauce
  • 1 tbs of honey
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of vinegar
  • 2 tbs of olive oil
  • 2 stalk of spring onion – cut to to 2 inch
  • 1 tomato – quartered

METHOD

  • heat oil
  • put in ginger, then onion
  • then add in beef
  • fry till brown then add all ingredients
  • stir for few minuts then ready to serve
