<p>Ni juadah berbuka untuk hari Isnin hari tuh. Since Kheirul cuti untuk settlekan sekolah Afriena, so sesambil tuh singgah la pergi pasar untuk cari ikan terubuk. Hari tu dia pergi, ikan tak berapa segar. Alhamdulillah ada gak ikan terubuk . Oklah segar lah jugak. Kiterang ke Pasar Borong Seri Kembangan. First time gak lah Rayyan masuk pasar and as for me dah berzaman tak pergi pasar. Selalu Kheirul yang pergi, kang dia balik siapkan semua and me tunggu masak je. :) Rayyan plak masuk pasar macam blurr je sebab banyak ikan kot. Senyap je. Lepas pi pasar pi amik Ashraff kat Sekolah Agama then bawak balik rumah kasi mandi, rest kejap then ke Sekolah Cina plak.</p>
<p>Petang lepas settlekan urusan daftar haji, balik tidur sat pastu bangun masak asam pedas. I suka asam pedas esp ikan terubuk sebab rasa lemak ikan tu masuk dalam kuah. memang superb. sedap kuah tu hirup-hirup je.Ni kalau MIL tengok ni, mesti dia suruh masak. :) Resepi asam pedas <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><a href="http://sawanila.com/v10/2010/08/11/asam-pedas-pari/"><span style="color: #ff0000;">boleh lah tekan kat sini</span></a></strong></span>. Yang ni I buat ikan pari, so you all tukarlah ikan kegemaran memasing. Nanti nak try ikan parang plak lah&#8230;</p>

<p>Selain ikan terubuk, kiterang beli sotong gak. Perghh sotong mahal gak..nak cari yang fresh tu susah betul. Kiterang buat sotong goreng tepung. Yang ni Kheirul lah yang buat sebab I takut meletup. Tapi tak meletup pun. Sotong banyak ni, Ashraff jelah makan.Sotong ni goreng pakai tepung kentucky.</p>

<p>Pastu I buat puding sagoo. Kheirul favorite.  Terlembik sikit, tapi sedap plak bila lembik. Sagu makan dengan santan dan gula melaka. Kalau nak tau, Rayyan habis semangkuk kecil sagu ni. Dia suka rupanya. Memagnlah sikecik ni kuat makan. Sekarang pun dah macam tembam sikit. Nak dokong pun ada penat sikit. <a href="http://sawanila.com/v10/2010/08/13/resepi-sagu-berendam/"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Resepi Puding sagu ada kat sini</span></strong></a>. You all nak buat kaler apa-apa pun boleh. Kali ni buat kaler hijau and putih plak.</p>
<p>Oh semalam tak amik gambar pun for makan-makan. Pastu I buat agar-agar gula melaka. Hari ni plan nak masak nasi ayam jer. tetiba suami cakap, Hari nasi ayam boleh tak? Sehati sejiwa betul..</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Hari tu ada masak asam pedas ikan pari. Masak hari ahad malam untuk dinner. Bukan tak biasa masak asam pedas ikan pari tapi kali ni resepi lain sikit. Alkisaahnye, resepi sama tapi nak dijadikan citer, I mintak tolong si suami pergi beli cili, sepatutnya i kenalah cakap tolong beli cili kering tapi tak cakap sebab dalam hati dah set &#8221; arghtakkan tak tahu, masak asam pedas mesti pakai cili kering&#8221; sekalu dia balik, dia beli cili hidup. nasib baik bukan cili padi kalau tak semua kena buasir&#8230; so , malas nak turun balik I masak je asam pedas pakai cili besar hidup. Rupanya, pakai cili hidup lagi sedap &#8230;. So apa lagi I pun sharekanlah resepi asam pedas</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>Ikan pari size M, potong 4 then rendam dengan air asam jawa, garam and asam limau</li>
<li>cili merah 6 biji</li>
<li>bawang merah 8 biji/bawang besar 1 biji</li>
<li>bawang putih 2 ulas</li>
<li>belacan sebesar ibu jari</li>
<li>serbuk kunyit satu sudu</li>
<li>lengkuas 2 inci &#8211; ketuk</li>
<li>serai 2 batang &#8211; ketuk</li>
<li>air asam jawa &#8211; semangkuk kecil</li>
<li>sedikit minyak untuk menumis</li>
<li>segemnggam daun kesum</li>
<li>bendi atau terung</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukup rasa</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>kisar cili, bawang dan belacan</li>
<li>panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar bersama serai dan lengkuas</li>
<li>kacau hingga garing dan masukkan serbuk kunyit</li>
<li>bila tumisan nampak garing, nasukkan air asam jawa</li>
<li>kacau seketika, tunggu hingga mendidih</li>
<li>Bila mendidih masukkan, ikan pari</li>
<li>Bila ikan pari agak nak masak, rasakan dengan garam dan gula</li>
<li>lepas tu masukkan kan sayur bendi atau terung</li>

<li>10 pcs of dried chili</li>
<li>7 red shallot</li>
<li>2 clove of garlic</li>
<li>1 inch belacan</li>
<li>1 inch of turmeric</li>
<li>2 stalk of lemon grass &#8211; knocked</li>
<li>2 inch of gallangal &#8211; knocked</li>
<li>1 bowl tamarind juice</li>
<li>3tbps of cooking oil</li>
<li> daun kesum</li>
<li>salt , black pepper and ikan bilis granules</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>blend chili, shallot,garlic,turmeric and belacan</li>
<li>heat oil, fry the paste untill you see the oil floated, add lemon grass and gallangal</li>
<li>then add tamarind juice</li>
<li>Once boiled, add fish let it boil again then add vegie follow by salt, pepper and ikan bilis granules</li>
<li>let it simmer for 10 minute</li>
<li>ready to serve</li>

<li>sedia untuk dihidang</li>

Yang lain , anak-anak kebas makan&#8230;. takpe esok masak lagi&#8230; normally I letak Nestum but Nestum takde so ganti ngan Oat. Not bad! and Kangkung belacan, sedap just letak udang cincang sekor,tak lupa nampla sauce. try ler..</p>

<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>
<ul>
<li>4 pcs of fish , can be red snapper, ikan duri or ikan pari</li>
<li>10 pcs of dried chili</li>
<li>7 red shallot</li>
<li>2 clove of garlic</li>
<li>1 inch belacan</li>
<li>1 inch of turmeric</li>
<li>2 stalk of lemon grass &#8211; knocked</li>
<li>2 inch of gallangal &#8211; knocked</li>
<li>1 bowl tamarind juice</li>
<li>3tbps of cooking oil</li>
<li>eggplant, daun kesum and ladiesfinger</li>
<li>salt , black pepper and ikan bilis granules</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>blend chili, shallot,garlic,turmeric and belacan</li>
<li>heat oil, fry the paste untill you see the oil floated, add lemon grass and gallangal</li>
<li>then add tamarind juice</li>
<li>Once boiled, add fish let it boil again then add vegie follow by salt, pepper and ikan bilis granules</li>
<li>let it simmer for 10 minute</li>
<li>ready to serve</li>
