Feta Cheese Salad

Sejak dua menjak nih…. Ada orang terasa dia dah put on weight. Kesian pulak esp bila orang tersayang dalam keadaan yang tak selesa kan. It’s him! my husband. Mungkin perubahan hormon or sebab bini suka masak atau sebab balik kampung hari tuh.So since dah terasa macam gemuk, I have to change menu for dinner

So now menu for dinner adalah.. sup sayur, bubur nasi,sandwich or salad. I lagilah suka kalau buat salad kurang membasuh periuk belanga. Ni nak share resepi buat salad.Ni resepi untuk 2 orang makan

INGREDIENTS

  • i ketul besar ayam (daging putih)
  • Feta cheese dalam 10 ketul kecil
  • Daun salad campuran (dalam 10 helai)
  • 5-6 biji tomato cherry
  • 3-5 biji buah zaitun hitam (lebih lagi bagus)
  • sesudu minyak zaitun
  • jus oren dari 1/2 biji buah oren (takde oren ganti dengan lemon)
  • garam dan lada hitam secukup rasa

METHOD

  • Ayam dilumur dengan garam,lada hitam dan rosemary dan digrill sampai masak
  • Hiris daging ayam
  • Campur semua bahan kecuali ayam dan rasakan dengan garam dan lada hitam
  • Ayam yang dihiris di letakan atas salad bersama feta cheese
  • sedia dihidang

Resepi ni bagus. FYI, Ashraff suka makan salad nih. Mungkin ada rasa cheese kot

Simple Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 biji Kentang saiz besar (I used Russet Potato)
  • 4 sudu Mayonis
  • 2 biji telur rebus
  • sedikit lada hitam, garam dan dill

METHOD

  • Rebus kentang sehingga masak
  • Bila masak kupas kulitnya dan potong kiub
  • Lecekkan telur dengan Mayonis
  • Rasakan dengan garam, lada hitam dan dill
  • Gaul sebati dengan kentang
  • Sedia untuk dihidang dengan Salmon atau Steak

Egg tofu with Minced Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tube of Japanese tofu – sliced and deep fried till brownish
  • 3 tbs of mince chicken
  • mix vegie
  • 3 tbs of oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic -minced
  • some cooking oil
  • 3 tsp of sesame oil

METHOD

  • heat some oil then fry some garlic with chicken
  • Once chicken turned white then add oyster sauce
  • stir it then add water follow by mix vegie
  • once boiled then pour over the fried tofu
  • ready to serve

Sayur Bayam Rebus

INGREDIENTS

  • Bayam – potong dan bersihkan
  • 1 ulas bawang putih – dihiris
  • 2 ulas bawang merah – di hiris
  • 1/2 sudu kecil stok ikan bilis
  • 3 cawan air
  • sedikit garam and lada putih
  • ikan bilis goreng

METHOD

  • Didihkan air
  • bila mendidih, masukkan bawang dan stok ikan bilis
  • diikuti sayur bayam
  • rasakan dengan garam dan lada putih
  • tabukan ikan bilis goreng dand sedia untuk dihidang

Sup Petola dengan telur

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pcs of petola – cut nicely
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic – minced
  • salt and pepper
  • enough water to make soup
  • some glass noodle
  • some oil

METHOD

  • heat some oil, then fry mince garlic till fragrance
  • then add some water
  • once boiled, knocked the egg
  • once egg cooked , then add in petola, glassnoodle
  • taste with salt and pepper
  • once boiled, off fire then ready to serve

Sawi Jepun with Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Sawi Jepun -di celur
  • 3 sudu sos tiram
  • 4 ulas bawang – di hiris
  • sedikit minyak untuk menggoreng
  • 3 sudu minyak bijan

METHOD

  • masak sos tiram dengan satu sudu air dan minyak bijan
  • tuangkan keatas sayurl
  • panaskan minyak
  • goreng bawang putih hingga garing dan tuangkan minyak serta bawang keatas sayur tadi
  • sedi ontuk di hidang

p/s: semasa celur sayur tambah sedikit garaam dan gule supaya warna nye menarik. hidangan ini boleh juga digunakan ke atas terung.

Resepi Bak Choy Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g Bak choy – blanched
  • 3tbps of oyster sauce
  • fried garlic
  • 3-5 dash of sesame oil
  • mince chicken
  • 3tbps of water

METHOD

  • heat some cooking oil, add mince chicken
  • once, brown, add oyster sauce
  • follow by sesame oil
  • then some water
  • once boiled, pour on the blanched bak choy and garnish with fried garlic

Note: When you blanch your vegie, add some sugar and sesam oil in it, so that your vegie’s colour look bright.You also could try on eggplant but this one you need to steam it.

INGREDIENTS

  • Butterhead salad
  • 1/2 of yellow onion – sliced
  • 1 tomato – quatered
  • 2 tbps of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt or normal salt
  • black pepper -crushed
  • 3 of sausages – boiled and cut

METHOD

  • Mix all the ingredient in a bowl.
  • Then keep refrigerated for 15 minutes then serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cucumber – sliced
  • 1 slice of pineapple – cut to tiny slice
  • 3 tbps of vinegar
  • 3 tbps of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • half of big onion- sliced
  • 1 red chili – sliced

METHOD

Mix vinegar, sugar and water with all the vegie. keep refrigerate for 0.5 hour then serve.

Kangkung Goreng Belacan

This is my Kangkung goreng belacan.I am sure , everybody know how to cook this. IT’s very simple. I pound some belacan aka shrimp paste with onion and garlic. later, I heat oil in my IKEA wok, then fry them till fragrance then add some shrimp, stirr till half cook then add in kangkung.add fish sauce and salt. Then Kangkung belacan is served
