<p>Tak habis lagi penangan sup tulang merah. kali ni buat lagi.Pakai lamb shank. Lamb shank ni beli kat tesco yang beku je. Beli 3 ketul masak 2 ketul seketul lagi boleh masak lain plak. Daging lamb shank ni tak liat, tender kena plak dengan kuah sup ni sedap. Hari tu I tak letak resepi kan, now I letak.</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>2 ketul lamb shank &#8211; rebus dengan air , serai dan halia sampai empuk</li>
<li>air rebusan tulang</li>
<li>1 senduk cili kisar</li>
<li>1 senduk bawang merah yang dah di kisar</li>
<li>1 sudu bawang putih yang dah di kisar</li>
<li>1 sudu halia yang dah dikisar</li>
<li>1 senduk tomato puri</li>
<li>1 mangkuk tomato sos</li>
<li>1 mangkuk cili sos</li>
<li>2 sudu kicap</li>
<li>1 sudu rempah bonestick &#8211; ni kena cari kat  Singapore</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukupnya</li>
<li>1 senduk bawang goreng</li>
</ul>

<li>Tumis bawang, halia dan cili sampai naik bau</li>
<li>masukkan tomato puri, kacau</li>
<li>masukkan air rebusan tulang, kacau</li>
<li>bila dah mendidih masukkan tomato sos, cili sos dan kicap, rempah</li>
<li>kacau hingga rata dan masukkan tulang dikuti bawang goreng</li>
<li>Rasakan garam dan gula</li>
<li>sedia untuk dihidangkan (tabur dengan daun kubis)</li>
</ul>
<div>Bolehlah you all try. For me memang sedap. ada rasa masam tomato, manis kicap. Now rasa macam tak yah pergi jauh-jauh masak sendiri je. hehehe boleh bukak restoran dah ni (mode:berangan).</div>

<p>Ashraff : mama, can you cook this for lunch?</p>
<p>Mama: boleh.. but we don&#8217;t have carrot and potato and milk (saja goreng dia )</p>
<p>Ashraff : It&#8217;s ok , let&#8217;s go shopping</p>
<p>Nak tak nak kena gak pi beli sebab potato tak cukup , susu pun sikit. So sampai kedai, semua barang dia remind nak beli. jangan memain dgn dia dia hafal resepi. So balik rumah potong ayam and masak.it just took 20 minutes to cook this. Rasa dia very light dan sedikit lemak. Tapikan kalau ikut tekak I, I suka lagi kalau letak sedikit cream. So next time harus letak. Resepi sebenar, dia potong sayur besar tapi I buat small dice sebab this is for my kids. Memang bagus buat sup macam ni especially for kids yang tak suka sayur and hidangan ni cukup lengkap. ada sayur, kanji , kalsium and protein.</p>

<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>1 big potato (white potato or russet) &#8211; dadu</li>
<li>1/2 carrot &#8211; dadu</li>
<li>1/2 biji bawang kuning -dadu</li>
<li>1 mangkuk kecil isi ayam &#8211; dadu</li>
<li>1/2 capsicum &#8211; dadu</li>
<li>1 sudu mentega</li>
<li>2 cawan susu segar</li>
<li>1/2 cawan air panas</li>
<li>1 mangkuk keju parut (gaul dengan sedikit tepung gandum)</li>
<li>garam dan lada hitam</li>
<li>secubit herba thyme, daun bay dan oregano (ni saja tambah )</li>
</ul>

<li>panaskan mentega dan masukkan ayam</li>
<li>kacau hingga ayam masak dan masukkan kentang, carrot dan bawang</li>
<li>kacau hingga nampak layu</li>
<li>tambahkan air panas dan herba</li>
<li>masak hingga sayur empuk</li>
<li>Bila sayur empuk, masukkan susu</li>
<li>rasakan garam dan lada hitam</li>
<li>renihkan susu tapi jangan mendidih dan masukkan campuran keju + tepung dan  capsicum</li>
<li>kacau dan bila nampak pekat tutup api</li>
<li>sedia dihidangkan</li>

<li>3 sudu minyak masak</li>

<p>METHOD</p>

<li>panaskan minyak,tumis bawang putih sampai layu</li>
<li>masukkan cili kisar, kacau hingga garing</li>
<li>masukkan daging, goreng selama 2 minit</li>
<li>campur kan semua sos, kacau hingga sebati</li>
<li>masukkan  air rebusan</li>
<li>dah dekat nak masak, masukkan bawang, daun bawang , cili dan tomato</li>
<li>rasakan garam dan gula</li>
<li>kacau hingga bawang nampak layu dan kuah pekat</li>
<li>tutup api sedia dihidang</li>

<p>Alhamdulillah&#8230; selamat Ramadhan semalam. Makanan yang di masak ngam-ngam sampai sahur. OK semalam berbuka I masak simple je. Daging masak kicap, soup fishball dan sayur goreng. <p>Ni rupa sayur goreng. Goreng dengan oyster sauce and daging. Goreng sambil dukung Rayyan sebab dia nak tengok. Dia memang kepoci sikit. MEsti nak tengok orang masak then nak rasa gak. Dapat calit kat tangan pastu dia rasalah. Kalau tak nanti dia  dok oekik nak nak nak NAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-6104" title="SupFishBall" src="http://sawanila.com/v10/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/SupFishBall.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="399" /></p>
<p>Soup fishball ni plak untuk bebudak. Dorang suka soup.Memang sekali hidang habis dah soup ni. Rayyan pun suka. Dia makan 2 biji tapi kena potong kecik-keciklah sebab kang nanti tercekik .</p>

<p>Daging kicap. buat sempoi je tapi mesti ada kentang sebab semua suka. Selalu I masak daging kicap I tumis bawang putih merah, cili and halia dengan 3 serangkai tuh, tapi semalam I buat sempoi je sebab tak letak cili giling. Takit bebudak pedas tak nak makan plak. Resepi untuk daging ni ada kat sini. <a href="http://sawanila.com/v10/2008/08/11/daging-masak-kicap/"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Boleh tekan sini</span></strong></span></a>.</p>
<p>FYI, Ashraff and Afriena puasa separuh hari je. Pukul 12 Ashraff dah dok komplen lapar-lapar then nangis senyap-senyap. Tanya kenapa? Lapar. So I kasi je dia makan roti pastu suruh minum air. Before off to Chinese school, I suruh lagi dia minum air bebanyak sebab memang takkan kasi dia bawak bekala macam biasa. Balik sekolah tetiba mengaku puasa plak. Siap citer kawan melayu dia tak puasa and boleh dia temankan kawan dia pi makan kat kantin??</p>
<p>Afriena plak pukul 3 dah terjelepuk kat sofa. Suara pun slow je. Tak tahan kot. Tanya lapar ke? senyap. Nak makan? senyap Nak bubur nasi? angguk. Dia makan jelah bubur nasik Rayyan tuh. Pastu makan choc chip yang dari tadi tanya Rayyan nak tak nak tak.</p>
<p>Rayyan plak, dari pagi sampai petang tak nak makan sikecik ni. Sarapan cuma 5 ketul koko crunch, lunch tak nak bubur jest sekeping choc chip. Petang pukul 6 baru mintak nak makan fish ball soup. Time orang bukak dia lagi bersungguh nak makan. Agaknya dia puasa gak kot, maybe dia tengok mama dia tak makan so dia tak makan.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last Saturday, Kheirul  request nak makan Mi Kari. Siap request nak mi kari macam kat Lot 10. Demand tak? So puas lah dok kena ingat mana nak cari resepi sebab I ingat lagi mi kari dia tak masak pakai rempah kari. So searchlah kat internet cari resepi tapi most of the recipe letak rempah kari. So I follow some resepi tapi tak letak kari. Nak rasa kari dia, I buatlah kari ayam kering tanpa santan as a garnishing. Makan plak dengan sambal tumis dan bahan lain dan jangan lupa daun pudina memang sedap. Kuah dia tak pedas langsung sebab nanti nak mkn dengan sambal tumis dia, so budak-budak pun boleh makan. Bila tengok gambar ni, rasa nak buat lagi tapi dah plan dah raya ni, insya&#8217; allah I masak Laksa kari. Kena masak 1 periuk besar nih&#8230;&#8230;.</p>

<p>INGREDIENT</p>

<li>1Paket Loh See Fun &#8211; boleh pakai Mi kuning, mihun atau laksa &#8211; celur sekejap</li>
<li>2 inci halia &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>1 inci kunyit &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>4 inci lengkuas kisar</li>
<li>1 mangkuk udang kering &#8211; dikisar</li>
<li>3 batang serai &#8211; 2 btg kisar, 1 btg ketuk</li>
<li>2 sudu cili kisar</li>
<li>8 biji bawang merah &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>2 biji bawang putih &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>3 biji buah keras &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>1 1/2 kotak santan</li>
<li>2 cawan air</li>
<li>2 keping asam keping</li>
<li>1 bunga kantan</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukupnya</li>
<li>Tauhu puk</li>
<li>20 biji fish ball</li>
<li>250g kerang rebus</li>
</ul>
<p>Garnishing</p>
<ul>
<li>250g udang &#8211; di selur</li>
<li>500g kerang &#8211; di rebus ambil isi</li>
<li>daun pudina</li>
<li>kacang panjang, sawi dan tauge &#8211; di celur</li>
<li>kari ayam kering</li>
<li>sambal tumis kosong</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Panaskan minyak</li>
<li>tumis bahan kisar bersama serai yag diketuk sehingga pecah minyak</li>
<li>Bila pecah minyak, masukkan santan, air</li>
<li>Kacau hingga mendidih</li>
<li>bila mendidih, masukkan bunga kantan, asam keping garam dan gula</li>
<li>kemudian masukkan fishball dan kerang</li>
<li>Bila fishball dah masak, masukkan tau puk dan matikan api</li>
<li>Hidangkan dengan mi kegemaran bersama sayur, daun pudina.</li>
<li>Lebih sedap jika makan dengan kari ayam yang dimasak kering dan juga sambal tumis kosong</li>

<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>

<li>half fish head &#8211; I use red snapper</li>
<li>some curry leaves</li>
<li>1 big Onion &#8211; sliced</li>
<li>2 cloves garlic &#8211; scliced</li>
<li>1 tsp mustard seeds</li>
<li>2 packet curry powder &#8211; I used Babas and add some water to make a paste</li>
<li>A pinch turmeric powder</li>
<li>2 tbps of tamarind paste + 1.5 cups of water</li>
<li>Salt To Taste</li>
<li>oil as required.</li>
<li>some vegie e.g egg plant or ladiesfinger &#8211; I don&#8217;t have one so nevermind</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>Heat oil, fry mustard seed with curry leave</li>
<li>then add onion and garlic , stirred untill brownish</li>
<li>add curry paste and fry till the oil             begins to float on top.</li>
<li>Add about tamarind juice. Bring the gravy to a boil</li>
<li>Add the fish head and cook for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>then add vegies.</li>
<li>Let it simmer for 5 minutes</li>
<li>Off fire, ready to serve</li>

<h2>METHOD</h2>

<li>heat some oil, then fry cinnamon,anise star, cadammon then follow by onion+garlic+black pepper.</li>
<li>once brown, add in water</li>
<li>once boiled, add in fish</li>
<li>cook for 10 minute, taste with salt and paper</li>
<li>ready to serve.</li>
<li>garnish with  fried shallots, chinese parsley and onion spring.</li>

<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>

<li>1 salmon fillet (500 – 600 gr)</li>
<li>1  liters water</li>
<li>2 white potatoes</li>
<li>1 onions</li>
<li>250 cream</li>
<li>1 – 2 tsp salt</li>
<li>1/2 tsp of ground black paper</li>
<li>3 tbs shredded dill</li>
<li>50 gr butter</li>

<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>Peel and cube the potatoes.</li>
<li>Cut each onion into 4 pieces.</li>
<li>Pour water into a saucepan and add the salt, peppers, onions and cubed potatoes.</li>
<li>Bring to a boil and allow to simmer at a low heat for approximately 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Cube the salmon fillet</li>
<li>Add the cream and shredded dill to the saucepan. Place the salmon cube in the soup and boil for approximately 5 more minutes.</li>
<li>Add the butter and decorate the soup with some shredded dill.</li>
<li>enjoy with garlic bread or white bread</li>

<h2>METHOD</h2>

<li>blend the onion, garlic and ginger curry powder</li>
<li>heat the oil, fry the mis spices</li>
<li>then add in the curry paste</li>
<li>fry and stir them till fragrance</li>
<li>then add chicken and potatoes, stir them</li>
<li>follow by yogurt, keep stirring</li>
<li>then add water and salt</li>
<li>Once the potatoes cooked</li>
<li>then off fire</li>

<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 kg of ribs or any bone</li>
<li>1 thumb size of ginger &#8211; knocked</li>
<li>1 tsp of black paper &#8211; pounded</li>
<li>1 sup bunjut</li>
<li>3 pcs of cadammon</li>
<li>2 anise star</li>
<li>1 stick of cinnamon</li>
<li>2 clove of garlic and 5 shallot &#8211; pound to make paste</li>
<li>salt and white pepper for taste</li>
<li>for garnishing, fried shallots, chinese parsley and onion spring</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>boil the ribs with ginger for 4 hours (if you use slow cokker) or else just boil untill the meat get tender</li>
<li>in another pan, heat some oil, then fry cinnamon,anise star, cadammon then follow by onion+garlic+black pepper.</li>
<li>once brown, pour the (including the oil) to your boiling pot together with sup bunjut.</li>
<li>simmer for 30 mins.</li>
<li>ready to serve.</li>
<li>garnish with  fried shallots, chinese parsley and onion spring.</li>
<li>squezze lime on it to add more kick</li>
