<p>So you go&#8230; I buat daging bakar cicah air asam. Fuuhhh sedap gilos&#8230;. I guna daging steak yang very tender. nak resepi gak ker??</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENT</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Daging steak &#8211; perap dengan garam kunyit for 2-4 hours</li>
<li>Segenggam asam jawa</li>
<li>semangkuk air suam</li>
<li>sebiji bawang merah didadu</li>
<li>1/2 biji bawang putih didadu</li>
<li>sebiji tomato didadu</li>
<li>1 inci beilacan dibakar</li>
<li>4 biji cili padi dihiris</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukup rasa</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>METHOD</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bakar daging atas ceper selama 5 minit, pastikan daging tidak terlalu kering</li>
<li>bila daging masak, hiris nipis</li>
<li>untuk air asam, asam jawa digaul dengan air</li>
<li>campurkan semua bahan dan rasakan dengan garam dan gula</li>
<li>sedia dihidangkan.</li>
</ul>
<p>Note; kalau tak suka daging boleh ganti dengan ayam,ataupun makanan laut</p>
