<li>semangkuk kecil sayur- bunga kubis, bak choy (ikut suka, lagi banyak sayur lagi bagus)</li>

<li>5 biji bawang merah – ditumbuk</li>
<li>2 ulas bawang putih – ditumbuk</li>
<li>2 sudu lada hitam – ditumbuk</li>
<li>sedikit minyak</li>
<li>air secukup nya</li>
<li>garam secukup rasa</li>
<li>lada putih</li>

<h2>METHOD</h2>

<li>Panaskan minyak</li>
<li>tumiskan bahan tumbuk sehingga garing</li>
<li>masukkan air, sehingga mendidih</li>
<li>bila sup mendidih, masukkan daging</li>
<li>Masakkan daging sehingga empuk</li>
<li>Masukkan kan udang dan sotong</li>
<li>Bila ,fishball ,udang dan sotong masak,</li>

<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>

<li>2 cawan nasi (I pakai leftover and beras wangi)</li>
<li>2 batang hotdog – potong dadu</li>
<li>satu ketul dada ayam &#8211; potong kecil</li>
<li>6 ketul ketam fillet</li>
<li>sebijik telur – pukul dengan lada putih</li>
<li>1 biji bawang putih – minced</li>
<li>1 cawan sayur campur – celur dalam air panas kejap so color dia nampak lawa</li>
<li>sedikit minyak</li>
<li>garam dan lada hitam</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>panaskan minyak, goreng telur -kacau dengan hujung suding dengan laju untuk mendapatkan tekxtus macam benang</li>
<li>bila telur masak angkat</li>
<li>panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, goreng hingga layu</li>
<li>masukkan daging ayam yang dicincang, kacau hingga masak</li>
<li>lepas tu, masukkan ketam fillet, kacau hingga masak</li>
<li>Bila ketam fillet nampak dah masak, masukkan sayur dan kacau</li>
<li>masukkan nasi, kacau sebati</li>
<li>masukkan telur yang telar digoreng</li>
<li>Dengan api yang kecil, rasakan nasi dengan garam dan lada hitam</li>
<li>lepas tu kacau sebati telur dan nasi</li>
<li>siap untuk dihidangkan.</li>
</ul>
<p>NOTE: HIdangan yang lengkap untuk anak-anak esp untuk yang tak suka makan sayur.</p>

<p>Semalam menu dia mesti mee. Sebab budak-budak nak makan mee. So kenalah pikir nak masak mee apa. Tapi sebelum tu, saksikan dulu murtabak ni. Kheirul beli masa amik Ashraff kat sekolah. Tak tahu sedap ke tak tapi dorang makan semua. I tak makan pun :(. Sebab I dah tak nampak benda lain selain bubur kacang.</p>

<p>Oh ya, I masak mee rebus ikut resepi Chef Wan. <a href="http://sawanila.com/v10/2009/04/11/resepi-mee-rebus/">Before this pun buat tapi pakai resepi Mak Long saya</a>.  So kalau nak compare, I lagi suka resepi Mak Long saya. sedap dan manis. ke aku follow instruction tak betul? kui kui kui kui. Walaupun tak sesedap resepi Mak Long saya, Saya still makan berpinggan. Pukul 11 pun still boleh makan. Tapi time sahur den tak lrat nak makan. nak buka mata pun tak larat. So sahur tadi makan telur sebiji minum air suam 2 gelas. Kheiruul minum air kosong je and Kids minum Horlicks. Semua tak nak makan.</p>
<p>Berikut adalah resepi Mee Rebus Chef Wan. I cop and paste from <a href="http://www.asianfoodchannel.com/recipe/2618-mee-rebus">AFC website</a></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>125 ml / 4 fl oz Vegetable Oil</li>
<li>15 Shallots (Red Onions), finely pounded</li>
<li>2 cm / 1 inch fresh Ginger</li>
<li>6 Garlic cloves, finely pounded</li>
<li>5 small packets Meat Curry Powder</li>
<li>1 kg / 2 pounds 3 oz Beef, cubed, include bones and fatty meat</li>
<li>4 Tbsp / 2 fl oz fermented Soy Bean Paste (Taucu or Tao-cheo)</li>
<li>4 ripe Tomatoes, roughly chopped</li>
<li>4 ripe Tomatoes, cubed</li>
<li>4 cm / 2 inches Galangal (Lengkuas or Blue Ginger), lightly bruised</li>
<li>2 kg / 4 pounds 6 oz Sweet Potatoes, boiled until soft and mashed until smooth</li>
<li>2 kg / 4 pounds 6 oz Potatoes, boiled until soft and mashed until smooth</li>
<li>2 cups / 9 oz roasted Pounded Peanut</li>
<li>Water (as much as is required to make the gravy)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Garnishing Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 Kg / 6 Pounds 9 oz Yellow Egg Noodles (Hokkien Noodles, Mee Kuning)</li>
<li>250 g Bean Sprout (Tauge), blanched</li>
<li>4 blocks Bean Curd (Tofu, Tauhu), fried and cut into small cubes</li>
<li>4 hard-boiled Eggs &#8211; halved</li>
<li>6 Coriander (Cilantro, Chinese Parsley or Ketumbar), finely chopped</li>
<li>6 Spring Onion (Scallions), finely chopped</li>
<li>1 cup / 4 1/2 oz crisp-fried Shallots (Bawang Goreng)</li>
<li>10 Calamansi Lime (Limau Kasturi)</li>
<li>6 Chilies, sliced thinly</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Paste Ingredients</strong> &#8211; to be finely ground</p>
<ul>
<li>15 Shallots (Red Onion), finely pounded</li>
<li>6 Garlic cloves, finely pounded</li>
<li>2 cm / 1 inch fresh Ginger</li>
<li>Water</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Heat Vegetable Oil in a pot and stir fry the Paste, till light brown.</li>
<li>Add in Meat Curry Powder Paste, mix well, and then add in the Beef.</li>
<li>Render all ingredients in pot well.</li>
<li>Add in fermented Soy Bean Paste (Taucu or Tao-cheo), and sauté the Beef until the oil begins to surface.</li>
<li>Add in water, Cubed Tomatoes, Galangal, Mashed Potatoes, and Mashed Sweet Potatoes.</li>
<li>Stir until the Mashed Potatoes and Mashed Sweet Potatoes dissolve into soup.</li>
<li>Add in Celery, Toasted Pounded Peanuts, and Tomato.</li>
<li>Stir evenly and let simmer for approximately 20 minutes until the gravy thickens and meat becomes tender.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ramuan dia I buat suku je. tu pun tak habis.  Selamat mencuba ye</p>

Most of them are healthy recipe.So last friday, I buatlah bubur nasi ayam. Mesti you all cakap, alahai buat bubur nasi pun nak ikut resepi ke? <p>So I follow some of his recipe&#8230; I tak masukkan fish sauce and salt je sebab, selain kiterang 4 orang yang makan, baby pun share the same menu. Lagipun kiterang ada telur asin so garam tak payahlah kan. I tambah dau ketumbar dalam bubur nasi dia. SO rasa dia sangatlah sedap takdelah hambar.</p>

<p>I nak sharelah resepi nasi goreng simple for kids. Orang tua pun boleh. Semua lauk pauk I potong kecik sebab senang untuk dorang telan dan ini adalah cara terbaik untuk elakkan dari tercekik. Disamping itu, good for kids yang kononnya vegetarian like Afriena . And for vegie I pakai mix frozen senang untuk kids yang choosy bab sayur macam Ashraff.</p>
<h2>INGREDIENTS</h2>
<ul>
<li>2 cawan nasi (I pakai leftover and beras wangi)</li>
<li>2 batang hotdog &#8211; potong dadu</li>
<li>satu ketul ayam drumstick &#8211; potong kecik /minced</li>
<li>sebijik telur &#8211; pukul dengan lada putih</li>
<li>1 biji bawang putih &#8211; minced</li>
<li>1 cawan sayur campur &#8211; celur dalam air panas kejap so color dia nampak lawa</li>
<li>sedikit minyak</li>
<li>garam dan lada hitam</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, goreng hingga layu</li>
<li>masukkan daging ayam yang dicincang, kacau hingga masak</li>
<li>lepas tu, masukkan hot dog, kacau hingga masak</li>
<li>Bila hotdog nampak dah masak, masukkan sayur dan kacau</li>
<li>masukkan nasi, kacau sebati</li>
<li>buat lubang kat tengah nasi, then masukkan telur, pastu tutup  telur dengan nasi</li>
<li>Dengan api yang kecil, rasakan nasi dengan garam dan lada hitam</li>
<li>lepas tu kacau sebati telur dan nasi</li>
<li>siap untuk dihidangkan.</li>
</ul>
<p>Kalau masak macam ni memang habis dorang makan.</p>

Makan plak dengan sambal tumis dan bahan lain dan jangan lupa daun pudina memang sedap. Kuah dia tak pedas langsung sebab nanti nak mkn dengan sambal tumis dia, so budak-budak pun boleh makan. Bila tengok gambar ni, rasa nak buat lagi tapi dah plan dah raya ni, insya&#8217; allah I masak Laksa kari. Kena masak 1 periuk besar nih&#8230;&#8230;.</p>

<li>2 inci halia &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>1 inci kunyit &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>4 inci lengkuas kisar</li>
<li>1 mangkuk udang kering &#8211; dikisar</li>
<li>3 batang serai &#8211; 2 btg kisar, 1 btg ketuk</li>
<li>2 sudu cili kisar</li>
<li>8 biji bawang merah &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>2 biji bawang putih &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>3 biji buah keras &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>1 1/2 kotak santan</li>
<li>2 cawan air</li>
<li>2 keping asam keping</li>
<li>1 bunga kantan</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukupnya</li>
<li>Tauhu puk</li>
<li>20 biji fish ball</li>
<li>250g kerang rebus</li>

<p>Garnishing</p>
<ul>
<li>250g udang &#8211; di selur</li>
<li>500g kerang &#8211; di rebus ambil isi</li>
<li>daun pudina</li>
<li>kacang panjang, sawi dan tauge &#8211; di celur</li>
<li>kari ayam kering</li>
<li>sambal tumis kosong</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Panaskan minyak</li>
<li>tumis bahan kisar bersama serai yag diketuk sehingga pecah minyak</li>
<li>Bila pecah minyak, masukkan santan, air</li>
<li>Kacau hingga mendidih</li>
<li>bila mendidih, masukkan bunga kantan, asam keping garam dan gula</li>
<li>kemudian masukkan fishball dan kerang</li>
<li>Bila fishball dah masak, masukkan tau puk dan matikan api</li>
<li>Hidangkan dengan mi kegemaran bersama sayur, daun pudina.</li>
<li>Lebih sedap jika makan dengan kari ayam yang dimasak kering dan juga sambal tumis kosong</li>

<p>Sos Daging</p>
<ul>
<li>panaskan minyak</li>
<li>tumiskan bawang putih sehingga layu</li>
<li>masukkan bawang besar, carrot dan cendawan</li>
<li>masak sehingga layu</li>
<li>selepas itu masukkan daging kisar, kacau sehingga masak</li>
<li>tambahkan tomato kisar ,rempah dan sedikit air</li>
<li>rasakan dengan garam</li>
<li>bila masak tutupkan api</li>
</ul>
<p>Sos Putih</p>
<ul>
<li>Cairkan mentega</li>
<li>masukan gandum, masak sehingga sedikit berbuih</li>
<li>selepas itu, masukkan susu segar, masak sehingga sedikit pekat di atas api yang kecil</li>
<li>bila pekat tutup api, masukkan sedikit keju</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara melapis:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lapis secara alternate sos putih, pasta, meat sauce,pasta, sos putih, pasta, meat sauce,pasta, sos putih.</li>
<li>Pastikan sos putih adalah yang paling atas.</li>
<li>Lepas tu taburkan cheese mozzarella atas sekali.</li>
<li>Bakar selama 25 minut atau sehingga perang keemasan</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: boleh juga tabur cheese dalam setiap lapisan. Boleh aplikasi pasa lasagna, makaroni dan lain-lain pasta. Farfalle bentuk dia adalah seperti bow tie.</p>

<li>in another pan, heat some oil, then fry cinnamon,anise star, cadammon then follow by onion+garlic+black pepper.</li>
<li>once brown, pour the (including the oil) to your boiling pot together with sup bunjut.</li>
<li>simmer for 30 mins.</li>
<li>ready to serve mee hoon and bergedil</li>
<li>garnish with  fried shallots, chinese parsley and onion spring.</li>
<li>squezze lime on it to add more kick and if you like it hot, have some cili padi in it</li>

</div>
<ul>
<li>daging kisar &#8211; I pakai lean meat sebab masih menjaga pantang, no fat ok</li>
<li>2 batang celery &#8211; 1 di parut, 1 lagi dihiris</li>
<li>1/2 lobak merah &#8211; parut kasar</li>
<li>1 /2 labu bawang kuning besar &#8211; parut</li>
<li>1 biji bawang putih di cincang</li>
<li>herba bolognese : parsley, basil, parsley dan oregano</li>
<li>3 sudu oat</li>
<li>lada hitam dan garam secukup rasa</li>
<li>minyak untuk mengoreng &#8211; Shallow fry dengan minyak canola</li>

<li>Campur semua bahan diatas dan gaul sebati.</li>
<li>buat bebola kecil</li>
<li>pastu goreng separuh masak .</li>
</ul>

<li>1 batang celery- dihiris</li>
<li>1 tin sos pasta prego -original punya</li>
<li>1/2 lobak merah &#8211; parut kasar</li>
<li>1 /2 labu bawang kuning besar &#8211; parut</li>
<li>1 biji besar tomato di dadu</li>
<li>1 biji bawang putih di cincang</li>
<li>herba bolognese : parsley, basil, parsley dan oregano</li>
<li>lada hitam dan garam secukup rasa</li>
<li>sedikit gula</li>

<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>Panaskan minyak sesudu minyak</li>
<li>tumis bawang putih sehingga layu</li>
<li>masukkan bawang kuning, lobak merah dan celery</li>
<li>masak hingga layu</li>
<li>masukkan tomato puri dan tomato yang didadu</li>
<li>tambah sedikit air</li>
<li>perasakan dengan herba, lada hitam dan garam</li>
<li>masak hingga tomato yang didadu tu macam dah lembik</li>
<li>masukkan bebola daging  dan air daging (kalau masak separuh masak ada air daging, jangan di buang)</li>
<li>kacau rata, tambah sedikit gula untuk menstabilkan rasa masam tomato</li>
<li>Bila bebola daging dah masak bolehlah hidang dengan pasta.</li>
</ul>
<p>Ashraff dan Afriena suka sangat sampai makan bertambah-tambah. Semua sayur di atas kalau tak nak parut pun takpe, boleh di dadu. Tujuan sayur diparut adalah untuk menyenangkan bebudak tuh makan sayur.</p>
