<p>Hari-hari masak kekadang rasa bosan jugak nak nak kalau dalam fridge tengok benda sama je. Bebudak plak memilih, sorang nak makan tu sorang nak makan ni. Bosan&#8230;. Last Rabu, nak masak jengok apa dalam fridge, ada ikan ayam and udang. So decided to masak Ikan bawal. Kalau ikan bawal takde benda lain mesti sweet sour but this time I buat 3 rasa. 3 rasa la kot sebab, ada rasa pedas, masam dan manis. Actually I ada resepi lain lagi untuk bawal, <a href="http://sawanila.com/v10/2008/08/strawberry-sweet-sour-fish/">Ikan bawal masak masam manis dgn strawberry, boleh gak you all nak try</a>. Masak ikan 3 rasa ni cuma kami bertiga je mkn, Ashraff n Afriena tak nak makan. Leceh betul.</p>
<p>ANW resepi Ikan Bawal masak 3 rasa</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>Ikan bawal &#8211; sapu kunyit  garam dan sikit tepung</li>
<li>2 sudu besar sos tiram</li>
<li>2 senduk sos tomato</li>
<li>1 senduk sos cili</li>
<li>2 sudu besar cili giling</li>
<li>1 labu bawang  besar-potong bulat</li>
<li>2 biji bawang putih cincang</li>
<li>1 biji tomato dadu</li>
<li>1 mangkuk kecil nenas &#8211; dadu</li>
<li>sikit air</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Panaskan minyak untuk goreng ikan</li>
<li>Goreng ikan sampai garing</li>
<li>kurangkan sikit minyak, tumis cili dan bawang putih sampai naik minyak</li>
<li>masukkan bawang,tomato dan nenas, kacau sampai layu</li>
<li>masukkan semua sos, kacau</li>
<li>masukkan sikit air, kacau sampai kuah pekat</li>
<li>bila dah pekat tutup api, dan jirus atas ikan</li>

Macam semalam punya task, rasanya cara plan menu tu, macam tak kena je&#8230;asam pedas ikan salmon served with pasta&#8230;cam mana ek rasa dia. <p>ok back to ketam&#8230; ni semua sebab Masterchef Aussie lah ni, ada ketam  terus petang tu pergi cari ketam.Ada jual tepi jalan. So beli sekilo. Balik rumah cam biasa&#8230; mandikan ketam tu dulu ..errr I mean cuci dia sambil matilemaskan dia.</p>

<p>Goreng ketam atau any seafood jangan lama&#8230; just 3-4 minutes atau lebih tepat bila dah bertukar warna. terus angkat. Masa goreng ni&#8230; perghhh bau dia terangkat. sedapnya.</p>

<p>Pastu masak dalam kuah lada hitam. Nak resepi dia? sila rujuk di bawah</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>Ketam sekilo &#8211; cuci dan salut dengan tepung jagung</li>
<li>1 genggam biji lada hitam -tumbuk</li>
<li>1 biji bawang besar &#8211; potong dadu</li>
<li>2 biji bawang putih &#8211; potong halus</li>
<li>halia sebesar ibu jari &#8211; mayang halus</li>
<li>2 sudu kicap pekat</li>
<li>2 sudu sos tiram</li>
<li>sedikit minyak untuk menggoreng</li>
<li>1 pokok daun bawang</li>
<li>1 pokok daun ketumbar</li>
<li>sedikit air</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukup rasa</li>

<li>Goreng ketam sampai masak &#8211; jangan overcook nanti isi dia keras dan kering</li>
<li>Dah siap goreng ketam, tumis bawang putih , bawang besar dan halia hingga layu</li>
<li>Bila dah layu, masukkan lada hitam yang telah ditumbuk kacau sebati</li>
<li>Dah sebati masukkan kan kicap dan sos tiram</li>
<li>Kacau dan masukkan sedikit air</li>
<li>rasakan garam dan gula</li>
<li>bila mendidih, masukkan ketam, kacau rata selam 5 minit dan masukkan daun bawang.</li>
<li>Kuah akan pekat sendiri sebab ketam dah digoreng dengan tepung jagung</li>
<li>Bila dah masak, tutup api  . Taburkan daun ketumbar.</li>
<li>Sedia dihidangkan</li>

<p>Inilah rupa ketam masak lada hitam. Sedap. Rasa ketam yang manis kena dengan kuah lada hitam. Sedap makan dengan nasi atau roti. Kheirul cakap, boleh buat bisnes nih. hahahah&#8230;Oh ya kalau nak rasa lebih lemak boleh letak sedikit cream atau susu.</p>

<li>2 cawan nasi (I pakai leftover and beras wangi)</li>
<li>2 batang hotdog – potong dadu</li>
<li>satu ketul dada ayam &#8211; potong kecil</li>
<li>6 ketul ketam fillet</li>
<li>sebijik telur – pukul dengan lada putih</li>
<li>1 biji bawang putih – minced</li>
<li>1 cawan sayur campur – celur dalam air panas kejap so color dia nampak lawa</li>
<li>sedikit minyak</li>
<li>garam dan lada hitam</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>panaskan minyak, goreng telur -kacau dengan hujung suding dengan laju untuk mendapatkan tekxtus macam benang</li>
<li>bila telur masak angkat</li>
<li>panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, goreng hingga layu</li>
<li>masukkan daging ayam yang dicincang, kacau hingga masak</li>
<li>lepas tu, masukkan ketam fillet, kacau hingga masak</li>
<li>Bila ketam fillet nampak dah masak, masukkan sayur dan kacau</li>
<li>masukkan nasi, kacau sebati</li>
<li>masukkan telur yang telar digoreng</li>
<li>Dengan api yang kecil, rasakan nasi dengan garam dan lada hitam</li>
<li>lepas tu kacau sebati telur dan nasi</li>
<li>siap untuk dihidangkan.</li>
</ul>

<p>I cuma masak ikan bakar, sup sayur dan buat bubur pulut hitam. Buat seperiuk besar and now tinggal semangkuk. Bebudak makan ulang-ulang. Banyak betul dorang makan. favourite dorang. Yang lain tuh, murtabak 3 keping, sedap murtabak dia semua cukup. I makan sampai sekeping tuh. Pastu ada pedal and telur bungkus yang dimasak khas oleh suami tercinta. Semua makanan habis. Alhamdulillah tak membazir.</p>

<p>Resepi Ikan Bakar Portugis</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>2 keping ikan pari</li>
<li>2 sudu besar cili giling</li>
<li>2 biji buah keras &#8211; kisar</li>
<li>8 ulas bawang merah, dikupas</li>
<li>2 ulas bawang putih di bakar</li>
<li>1 batang serai, dihiris halus-halus</li>
<li>1/2 sudu teh belacan</li>
<li>2 helai daun limau purut</li>
<li>2 biji limau kasturi &#8211; ambil jus nya</li>
<li>1/2 sudu kicap pekat</li>
<li>garam dan gula</li>
</ul>

<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Kisar bawang, cili, buah keras dan belacan</li>
<li>tumiskan bahan kisar bersama serai sampai pecah minyak</li>
<li>masukkan kicap, jus limau, daun limau dan kacau</li>
<li>Rasakan dengan garam dan gula</li>
<li>curahkan kuah ke atas ikan yang diletak atas daun kunyit</li>
<li>Bakar dalam oven selama 30 minit atau sampai ikan masak</li>
<li>Nanti nak makan boleh pecah limau kasturi lagi</li>
<li>boleh juga digunakan untuk bbq sayur bendi, terung,kacang botol atau petai</li>

<p>Alhamdulillah dah 3 hari puasa.   For kids dah 3 hari puasa sekerat hari.  Takpe slowly. And for me, semalam rasa mcm lembik giler. Maybe sahur makan sikit kot. So tadi sahur dua kali. Pukul 11 makan nasi and pukul 5 bangun minum air 3 gelas pastu makan kurma.Yang kelakar bangn sahur tadi boleh lupa kejut bebudak.Marah Ashraff.</p>
<p>Oh ya semalam masak sempoi je. I buat sotong rebus, Ikan bakar dan sayur goreng. pastu Kheirul balik buat telur bungkus bake bean, bebudak suka sangat. Selain tu ada buah mata kucing, I kopek sesiap pastu chill dan tak lupa keropok goreng. Everyone&#8217;s favorite inc Rayyan. Hari-hari kena goreng.</p>

<p>Ni rupa ikan bakar dia. I pakai rencah yang my SIL kasik hari tuh. Dia beli masa balikMuar sedap dan pedas. Kali ikan bakar ,I buat ikan bakar bungkus dalam daun kunyit. Bau dan rasa dia sedap. :)</p>

Bila tengok kat twitter ada orang masak ikan masak taucu, dok terbayang 2-3 jam. Tak boleh jadi ni, kena masak jugak. So petang u pergi cari taucu and balik rumah terus masak. Since kat dalam fridge ada stok ikan merah, so jadilah Ikan merah masak taucu. Tengok bahan-bahan nye dia bawah ye</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>3 keping ikan merah &#8211; di goreng</li>
<li>2 sudu taucu yang dah hancur (kalau pakai yang kasar sila tumbuk)</li>
<li>1 cawan air</li>
<li>1 bawang besar &#8211; hiris besar</li>
<li>1 bawang putih &#8211; hiris</li>
<li>1 inci hali muda &#8211; hiris</li>
<li>1 biji lada hijau &#8211; di hiris (tapi I pakai cili padi letak sebiji &#8211; biji baru syedap)</li>
<li>sedikit gula</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Panaskan minyak</li>
<li>tumiskan bawang dan halia</li>
<li>bila bawang layu, masukkan taucu dan kacau</li>
<li>Masukkan air, kacau hingga mendidih</li>
<li>Masukkan ikan dan cili</li>
<li>Gaul sebati, rasakan dengan sedikit gula.</li>
<li>Sedia untuk dihidang</li>
</ul>
<p>Kalau masak taucu, tak payah pakai garam sebab dah masin. Just balancekan dengan sedikit gula. Kaau nak letak timun pun ok sedap gak. Semalam pun masak ikan masak taucu lagi.. ngeh ngeh</p>

<p>Hari ni kita resepi pulak ye ibu-ibu, bapak-bapak sekalian. Mudah , senang dann sedap. Resepi ni, I dapat from MIL. <p>INGREDIENT</p>

<li>3 ekor Ikan cencaru , bersihkan belah belakang tapi jgn tembus</li>
<li>semangkuk kelapa, goreng tanpa minyak tapi jangan gelap</li>
<li>2 batang serai &#8211; hiris</li>
<li>1 inci halia -tumbuk</li>
<li>2 ulas bawang putih -tumbuk</li>
<li>4 biji bawang merah &#8211; hiris halus</li>
<li>1 sudu cili giling</li>
<li>gula dan garam secukup rasa</li>
<li>1 biji telur</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>campurkan semua bahan kecuali ikan</li>
<li>bahan campuran tuh sumbatkan dalam ikan</li>
<li>Bakar ikan sehingga masuk, jangan overcook nanti tak moist</li>
</ul>
<p>Selamat mencuba. I made 2 version swith/without chili takut bebudak nak makan. tapi dorang tak makan pun, dorang makan sup sayur jer. Rasa dia sedap sebab ada rasa serai. Kalau tak nak letak telur pun takpe, tapi kenalah letak air sikit dalam kelapa tuh.</p>

<p>Next week dah nak CNY dah. Maybe some of my chinese friends dah ready nak for their reunion dinner kan. So as my family member kot. My brother who is married to Chinese wife pun mesti ada reunion dinner. Mungkin makan luar kot. For those yang masak maybe dok cari idea nak masak apakan. Hari tu I ada masak simple sayur tapi healthy sebab less oil . For those yang nak jaga badan pun ok kalau nak try this recipe.</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>1 jambak brokoli &#8211; potong</li>
<li>1 carrot &#8211; potong panjang</li>
<li>daging yang dah direbus</li>
<li>egg tofu &#8211; goreng atau steam</li>
<li>1 tsp bawang putih cincang</li>
<li>1 tsp minyak masak</li>
<li>2 sudu oyster sauce + 1/2 sawan stol daging atau air</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih</li>
<li>masukkan daging, goreng sekejap</li>
<li>lepas tu masukkan sauce, then kacau hingga mendidih</li>
<li>tuang atas sayur yang telah dikukus</li>
</ul>
<p>Yang kat bawah ni ikan pulak, I masak ikut style Bobby Chinn from his Wild Wild East book.Sebelum masak ikan tu I cuci and rendam sekejap dengan asam limau nipis sebab nak hilangkan hanyir. Sebab bawal mas ni selalubau hanyir kuat sikit dari baal putih, tapi rasa dia sedap.Lepas cuci , I perap dengan garam for 30 minits, patu cuci balik. Ni sebab dia, bila masak ikan tu punya texture nampak firm.</p>

<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>Ikan bawal/siakap/kerapu</li>
<li>halia 3 inci &#8211; hiris nipis</li>
<li>sepokok daun ketumbar</li>
<li>sepokok daun sup</li>
<li>sepokok daun bawang</li>
<li>1 batang kayu manis</li>
<li>3 sudu kicap cair (I pakai kicap  Yuen Chun)</li>
<li>1 sudu kecil kicap pekat (kicap cap kipas udang)</li>
<li>1 tsp gula</li>
<li>3 ulas bawang putih &#8211; hiris nipis</li>
<li>1 tsp minyak masak</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>sediakan kukusan</li>
<li>aturkan 1/2 halia atas mangkukk, letak ikan lepas tu aturkan halia atas ikan pulak</li>
<li>letak segala jenis daun atas ikan dan juga kayu manis</li>
<li>kukus selama 15 minit</li>
<li>dalam masa tu, sediakan kuah kukusan, campurkan  semua kicap dengan gula, kacau</li>
<li>panaskan minyak, goreng bawang putih hingga garing</li>
<li>bila garing masukkan kuah kicap, sikit air ( dlm 1/2 cawan)</li>
<li>lepas tu curah keatsa ikan.</li>
<li>Biar ikan dalam kukusan selama 5 minit, sedia untuk dihidangkan</li>
</ul>
<p>Kalau you all nak tambah cendawan pun boleh tapi sbb Kheirul alergi dengan mushroom, so I tak letak. Nak pedas, tambah cili..We prefer light taste kalau ikan steam.</p>

<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>Udang 10 ekor</li>
<li>Bawang besar 1 labu</li>
<li>bawang putih 2 biji</li>
<li>4 sudu cili kisar</li>
<li>sedikit belacan -2 inci</li>
<li>2 sudu sos tiram</li>
<li>4 sudu sos tomato</li>
<li>2 sudu gula</li>
<li>garamg secukupnya</li>
<li>1/2 cawan air</li>
<li>sedikit minyak untuk menumis</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Kisar cili, bawang dan belacan</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bahan kisar hingga garing</li>
<li>masukkan sos tiram dan sos tomato, kacau</li>
<li>Rasakan dengan garam dan gula</li>
<li>Masukkan udang, kacau rata</li>
<li>Bila udang separuh masak, masukkan sedikit air</li>
<li>Biar udang masak dan sambal pekat sedikit</li>
<li>Matikan api dan sedia dihidangkan</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: I tak pakai air asam jawa, pakai sos tomato lagi sedap. Sos tiram macam menaikkan lagi rasa udang. Selamat mencuba</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Hari tu ada masak asam pedas ikan pari. Masak hari ahad malam untuk dinner. Bukan tak biasa masak asam pedas ikan pari tapi kali ni resepi lain sikit. Alkisaahnye, resepi sama tapi nak dijadikan citer, I mintak tolong si suami pergi beli cili, sepatutnya i kenalah cakap tolong beli cili kering tapi tak cakap sebab dalam hati dah set &#8221; arghtakkan tak tahu, masak asam pedas mesti pakai cili kering&#8221; sekalu dia balik, dia beli cili hidup. nasib baik bukan cili padi kalau tak semua kena buasir&#8230; so , malas nak turun balik I masak je asam pedas pakai cili besar hidup. Rupanya, pakai cili hidup lagi sedap &#8230;. So apa lagi I pun sharekanlah resepi asam pedas</p>

<ul>
<li>Ikan pari size M, potong 4 then rendam dengan air asam jawa, garam and asam limau</li>
<li>cili merah 6 biji</li>
<li>bawang merah 8 biji/bawang besar 1 biji</li>
<li>bawang putih 2 ulas</li>
<li>belacan sebesar ibu jari</li>
<li>serbuk kunyit satu sudu</li>
<li>lengkuas 2 inci &#8211; ketuk</li>
<li>serai 2 batang &#8211; ketuk</li>
<li>air asam jawa &#8211; semangkuk kecil</li>
<li>sedikit minyak untuk menumis</li>
<li>segemnggam daun kesum</li>
<li>bendi atau terung</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukup rasa</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>kisar cili, bawang dan belacan</li>
<li>panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar bersama serai dan lengkuas</li>
<li>kacau hingga garing dan masukkan serbuk kunyit</li>
<li>bila tumisan nampak garing, nasukkan air asam jawa</li>
<li>kacau seketika, tunggu hingga mendidih</li>
<li>Bila mendidih masukkan, ikan pari</li>
<li>Bila ikan pari agak nak masak, rasakan dengan garam dan gula</li>
<li>lepas tu masukkan kan sayur bendi atau terung</li>
</ul>
