<p>Tak habis lagi penangan sup tulang merah. kali ni buat lagi.Pakai lamb shank. Lamb shank ni beli kat tesco yang beku je. Beli 3 ketul masak 2 ketul seketul lagi boleh masak lain plak. Daging lamb shank ni tak liat, tender kena plak dengan kuah sup ni sedap. Hari tu I tak letak resepi kan, now I letak.</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>2 ketul lamb shank &#8211; rebus dengan air , serai dan halia sampai empuk</li>
<li>air rebusan tulang</li>
<li>1 senduk cili kisar</li>
<li>1 senduk bawang merah yang dah di kisar</li>
<li>1 sudu bawang putih yang dah di kisar</li>
<li>1 sudu halia yang dah dikisar</li>
<li>1 senduk tomato puri</li>
<li>1 mangkuk tomato sos</li>
<li>1 mangkuk cili sos</li>
<li>2 sudu kicap</li>
<li>1 sudu rempah bonestick &#8211; ni kena cari kat  Singapore</li>
<li>garam dan gula secukupnya</li>
<li>1 senduk bawang goreng</li>
</ul>

<li>Tumis bawang, halia dan cili sampai naik bau</li>
<li>masukkan tomato puri, kacau</li>
<li>masukkan air rebusan tulang, kacau</li>
<li>bila dah mendidih masukkan tomato sos, cili sos dan kicap, rempah</li>
<li>kacau hingga rata dan masukkan tulang dikuti bawang goreng</li>
<li>Rasakan garam dan gula</li>
<li>sedia untuk dihidangkan (tabur dengan daun kubis)</li>
</ul>
<div>Bolehlah you all try. For me memang sedap. ada rasa masam tomato, manis kicap. Now rasa macam tak yah pergi jauh-jauh masak sendiri je. hehehe boleh bukak restoran dah ni (mode:berangan).</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Apake susah nak masuk dashborard blog ni&#8230; ni yang malas nak buat posting nih. Ok lah meh nak citer pasal Negimaki aka beef rolls. Kan dapat hamper maggi ada banayak perencah nak pakai&#8230;one of them ada black pepper sauce. Normally orang buat daging masak black pepperkan? but me boringlah, I&#8217;ve change to beef roll. At least bebudak makan sayur yang tersembunyi tu.</p>
<p>Inilah rupa negimaki yang belum dimasak. I gulung dengan daun bawang dan carrot. Nak lagi sedap, you all boleh gulung dengan cendawan enoki. I tak boleh pakai cendawan sebab ada orang tak boleh makan cendawan.</p>

<p>Dah siap gulung, secure dengan  lidi then shallow fry. Masa fry dia, dia akan jadi caramel sikit sebab I perap dengan sos istimewa. Kalau jepun resepi asal dia, dorang perap dengan Sake and Mirin and soy sauce kan? tapi kita mana boleh pakai Sake and Mirin&#8230; so I subtitute dengan benda lain untuk memberi rasa yang sama. Resepi Negimaki adalah seperti di bawah</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>30 gm sirloin beef- hiris nipis</li>
<li>1 sudu  besar kicap manis kipas udang</li>
<li>1 sudu kecil sos tiram</li>
<li>1 sudu kecil gula</li>
<li>2 sudu besar air tapai (sebagai ganti sake dan mirin) &#8211; kalau takde ganti dengan grapejuice+cuka+gula</li>
<li>carrot yang dipotong halus secukupnya</li>
<li>daun bawang secukupnya</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>daging yang dihiris nipis diperap dengan sos tiram, kicap , gula dan air tapai selama 30 minit</li>
<li>gulung daging dengan carrot dan daun bawang</li>
<li>sematkan lidi  supaya gulungan tak terbuka</li>
<li>goreng dengan sedikit minyak</li>
<li>Sos perapan yang tak habis, boleh di masak untuk dijadikan kuah. tambah sedikit tepung kalau nak pekat</li>
</ul>
<p>Inilah rupa negimaki yang dah masak. Hidangkan dengan kuah blackpepper dan makan dengan nasi panas.Rasa dia sepatutnya sikit manis yang berkaramel sebab ada letak gula+ air tapai</p>

<p>INGREDIENT</p>

<li>1/2 ekor ayam</li>
<li>1 cawan yogurt</li>
<li>1 tsp bawang putih yang di telah dikisar</li>
<li>1 tsp halia yang telah dikisar</li>
<li>3 sudu garam masaala</li>
<li>garam secukup rasa</li>
<li>2 tsp minyak masak</li>
<li>2 sudu jus limau</li>
<li>1 tsp serbuk lada (i tak pakai sbb takut budak takleh makan)</li>
<li>pewarna merah jika suka</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>campurkan semua bahan kedalam satu bekas</li>
<li>gaul sebati dengan ayam</li>
<li>perap selama 4-5 jam</li>
<li>Bakar selama 1 jam dengan api 150-180 celcius</li>
<li>Bila masak, perahkan asam limau</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: Ayam ni lagi lama perap lagi sedap, and isi dia akan jadi sangat tender sebab yogurt  tu tolong lembutkan daging.Jangan terover bakar nanti daging ayam kering. Dia mesti juicy sebab bila siat daging, air ayam akan keluar.  S.E.D.A.P</p>

<p>Masa dapat je bahan I dah blank and blurr..apa aku nak buat dengan ayam ni. ting ting buat Chicken Parmesan..tapi berangan la..mana ada cheese tu semua.So..I potong jelah bahan dulu sambil kepala dok try nak ting kan mentol. arghh belum dapat idea..takpe&#8230; buat vinaigrette dulu&#8230;pastu perap ayam. pastu grill separuh masak&#8230;dulu. baru pikir nak masak apa. pikir punya pikir baru dapat idea. buat mushroom creamy sauce. sayur tu grill je pastu serve dengan vinaigrette.</p>

<li>cumin powder secukup rasa</li>
<li>pepper n salt to taste</li>
<li>1/2 capsicum &#8211; potong panjang</li>
<li>carrot -potong nipis panjang</li>
<li>mushroom</li>
<li>minyak untuk masak</li>

<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>panaskan api, grill sayur sampai masak tapi kena rangup</li>
<li>masak mushroom goreng dengan butter and pepper</li>
<li>grill ayam sampai masak</li>
<li>letak tepi semua</li>
</ul>
<p>resepi sauce</p>
<ul>
<li>1 cawan cream</li>
<li>1 senduk mushroom &#8211; cincang</li>
<li>1 biji garlic &#8211; cincang</li>
<li>1 sudu butter</li>
<li>black pepper secukup rasa</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>panas kuali, masukkan butter</li>
<li>tumis bawang putih sampai naik bau</li>
<li>masukkan cendawan&#8230;kacau sampai layu</li>
<li>masukkan cream and kacau tapi jgn sampai mendidih tutup api</li>
<li>sedia untuk di hidang</li>
</ul>
<p>cara buat vinaigrette: 1 tsp djon mustard, 1 sudu balsamic vinegar,1 sudu gula, 1 sudu lemon juice,1 sudu olive oil.. goncang sampai sebati boleh curah kat sayur&#8230; tis is to balance rasa muak cream sauce.Masa nak hidang tu.. percik kan sedikit serbuk paprika&#8230;</p>

<li>7 ulas bawang merah – kisar</li>
<li>2 ulas bwang putih -kisar</li>
<li>1 inci halia- kisar</li>
<li>2 btg serai – kisar</li>
<li>1 tsp serbuk lada hitam</li>
<li>sedikit garam dan gula</li>
<li>asam keping</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>Panaskan Santan</li>
<li>masukkan bahan kisar dan asam keping</li>
<li>rasakan dgn garam , gula dan serbuk lada hitam</li>
<li>masak hingga pecah minyak</li>
<li>bila kuah  masak, bakar ayam sehingga 3/4 masak</li>
<li>bila 3/4 masak, lumurkan kuah percik semasa membakar, supaya kuah dia meresap dalam isi ayam</li>
<li>bila dah masak, hidang dengan kuah percik.</li>
</ul>
<p>Note: Nak bakar pakai arang boleh tapi saya bakar dalam oven</p>

<li>1 mangkuk kecil air rebusan daging</li>

<p>METHOD</p>

<li>panaskan minyak,tumis bawang putih sampai layu</li>
<li>masukkan cili kisar, kacau hingga garing</li>
<li>masukkan daging, goreng selama 2 minit</li>
<li>campur kan semua sos, kacau hingga sebati</li>
<li>masukkan  air rebusan</li>
<li>dah dekat nak masak, masukkan bawang, daun bawang , cili dan tomato</li>
<li>rasakan garam dan gula</li>
<li>kacau hingga bawang nampak layu dan kuah pekat</li>
<li>tutup api sedia dihidang</li>

<p>Alhamdulillah&#8230; selamat Ramadhan semalam. Makanan yang di masak ngam-ngam sampai sahur. OK semalam berbuka I masak simple je. Daging masak kicap, soup fishball dan sayur goreng. <p>Ni rupa sayur goreng. Goreng dengan oyster sauce and daging. Goreng sambil dukung Rayyan sebab dia nak tengok. Dia memang kepoci sikit. MEsti nak tengok orang masak then nak rasa gak. Dapat calit kat tangan pastu dia rasalah. Kalau tak nanti dia  dok oekik nak nak nak NAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK.<img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-6104" title="SupFishBall" src="http://sawanila.com/v10/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/SupFishBall.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="399" /></p>
<p>Soup fishball ni plak untuk bebudak. Dorang suka soup.Memang sekali hidang habis dah soup ni. Rayyan pun suka. Dia makan 2 biji tapi kena potong kecik-keciklah sebab kang nanti tercekik .</p>

<p>Daging kicap. buat sempoi je tapi mesti ada kentang sebab semua suka. Selalu I masak daging kicap I tumis bawang putih merah, cili and halia dengan 3 serangkai tuh, tapi semalam I buat sempoi je sebab tak letak cili giling. Takit bebudak pedas tak nak makan plak. Resepi untuk daging ni ada kat sini. <a href="http://sawanila.com/v10/2008/08/11/daging-masak-kicap/"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Boleh tekan sini</span></strong></span></a>.</p>
<p>FYI, Ashraff and Afriena puasa separuh hari je. Pukul 12 Ashraff dah dok komplen lapar-lapar then nangis senyap-senyap. Tanya kenapa? Lapar. So I kasi je dia makan roti pastu suruh minum air. Before off to Chinese school, I suruh lagi dia minum air bebanyak sebab memang takkan kasi dia bawak bekala macam biasa. Balik sekolah tetiba mengaku puasa plak. Siap citer kawan melayu dia tak puasa and boleh dia temankan kawan dia pi makan kat kantin??</p>
<p>Afriena plak pukul 3 dah terjelepuk kat sofa. Suara pun slow je. Tak tahan kot. Tanya lapar ke? senyap. Nak makan? senyap Nak bubur nasi? angguk. Dia makan jelah bubur nasik Rayyan tuh. Pastu makan choc chip yang dari tadi tanya Rayyan nak tak nak tak.</p>
<p>Rayyan plak, dari pagi sampai petang tak nak makan sikecik ni. Sarapan cuma 5 ketul koko crunch, lunch tak nak bubur jest sekeping choc chip. Petang pukul 6 baru mintak nak makan fish ball soup. Time orang bukak dia lagi bersungguh nak makan. Agaknya dia puasa gak kot, maybe dia tengok mama dia tak makan so dia tak makan.</p>

<li>Perapkan daging kambing dengan bawang putih cincang, kicap pekat manis, lada hitam secukupnya dan secubit mixed herbs.</li>

<li>halia sebesar ibu jari</li>
<li>sesudu kecil biji ketumbar</li>
<li>sesudu kecil jintan manis</li>
<li>2 biji bawang putih saiz besar</li>
<li>garam secukup rasa</li>
<li>minyak utk menggoreng</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>tumbuk semua bahan hingga lumat</li>
<li>gaul dan perap burung dgn bahan perap selama 3-4 jam</li>
<li>bila nak goreng, panaskan minyak</li>
<li>goreng pada api sederhana</li>
<li>bila masak bolehlah makan</li>
</ul>
<p>NOTE: Pastikan api pada tahap sederhana. Kalau api kecil , daging burung jadi kering, kalau besar sangat daging burung tak masak.</p>

<li>Bawang besar 1 labu</li>
<li>bawang putih 2 biji</li>
<li>4 sudu cili kisar</li>
<li>sedikit belacan -2 inci</li>
<li>2 sudu sos tiram</li>
<li>4 sudu sos tomato</li>
<li>2 sudu gula</li>
<li>garamg secukupnya</li>
<li>1/2 cawan air</li>
<li>sedikit minyak untuk menumis</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Kisar cili, bawang dan belacan</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bahan kisar hingga garing</li>
<li>masukkan sos tiram dan sos tomato, kacau</li>
<li>Rasakan dengan garam dan gula/ gula melaka</li>
<li>Masukkan hot dog, kacau rata</li>
<li>Biar sambal pekat sedikit</li>
<li>Matikan api dan sedia dihidangkan</li>
