Rayyan plak, sambil minum susu sambil tu pekik gol. Dia team Chelsea sebab bila Chelsea pegang bola je pekik gollll. <p>Ok back to tajuk sebenar, hari rabu lepas I buat kek karamel. Since kek ni begitu popular dalam internetkan. Cake of the month. Buat pun senang je.Buat puding caramel and sponge cake. Rasa dia? Cake dia lembut selembut kapas, rasa yang halus . Cake dia ala ringan kena plak dengan caramel dia kat atas . Rasa karamel yang meresap masuk dalam cake tu..peghhh sedap. Semua suka makan. Rayyan lagi best tengah dok mengadun dia dah standby pinggan nak jugak. Afriena kejap-kejap pi tengokkat oven. Katanya cake tu lawa.</p>

<p>Nilah rupanya bila di potong. kat atas karamel, kat bawah kek. Resepinya diambil dari <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/DAPUR-KAKZU/166853056703207?sk=wall">Dapur Kakzu</a>. Terima kasih Kak Zu. Tapi semua dah tukar sukatanlah sebab I pakai cawan. gula jugak dikurangkan sebab nak jaga kesihatan.</p>

<p><strong>Karamel<br />
</strong></p>
<p>2 @ 4 sudu besar gula&#8230;jadikan gulakan gula hangus.ratekan pde keseluruhan loyang supaye kek tak melekat pade loyang</p>
<p><strong>Bahagian atas (kastard)<br />
</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 tin susu cair</li>
<li>1/2cawan gula castor</li>
<li>1 sudu besar vanilla (saya lebihkan sebab suka rasa vanilla)</li>
<li>3 kuning telur</li>
<li>kacau sebati..kacau dengan perlahan. Jangan kasi bebuih</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>lapisan kek span</strong> (A)</p>
<ul>
<li>1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum</li>
<li>1/2 gula castor</li>
<li>3 kuning telur</li>
<li>135 ml air</li>
<li>1 sudu teh baking powder</li>
<li>3/4 cawan minyak</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li> ayak tepung dgn baking powder</li>
<li>pukul telur kuning,air dan minyak hingge kembang</li>
<li>masukkan gula..pukul kembang lgi hingge naik skali ganda</li>
<li>masukkan tepung berselang seli dengan air</li>
<li>pukul hingga kembang</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>meringue (B)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6 telur putih</li>
<li>70 gm gula castor</li>
<li>1 sudu teh krim tar2 (saya ganti dgn 1 sudu lemon jus)</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>pukul hingge kembang dan tak menitis</li>
<li>campurkan A dan B..KACAU DNGN TANGAN..kaedah kaup balik</li>
<li>bahagikan kepada beberapa bahagian untuk diwarnakan</li>
<li>masukkan kastard dalam loyang yang berisi gula hangus&#8230;</li>
<li>masukkan adunan kek yng telah diwarnakan.</li>
<li>Masak kaedah double boiler&#8230;40 minit pertame gune api bawah..selebihnye gune api atas bawah hingge kek masak&#8230;apepun bergantung pade suhu kepanasan oven masing2.</li>
<li>Bila kek dah masak biar sejuk dalam oven,</li>
<li>Bila kek dah sejuk, dengan sendirinya dia akan nampak merekah kat tepi.</li>
<li>terbalikkan bila dah betul sejuk kalau tak nanti karamel dia pecah</li>
<li>sejukkan dan hidangkan</li>
</ul>
<p>senangkan??? buat masa ni saya tak amik tempahan lagi, nak tunggu master dulu.</p>
<p>Note: anda boleh warna kek sesuka hati. masa letak adunan kedalam loyang berisi karamel (gula hangus + kastard) , jangan risau, adunan kek takkan bercampur dengan cecair itu sebab adunan kek tersangatlah rigan. dia cuma terapung-apung je.</p>

<p>Musim cuti sekolah ni, bangun pagi je kena masak. Selalu hari sekolah buat yang simple je. sandwich paling senang paling berkhasiat. BUt bila cuti takkan nak sandwich lagi kan. So bebudak ni request nak pancake. Dorang ni peminata pancake termasuklah mak budak. Kalau kat Mc D, pancake dua keping dah 4.50, and 2 keping mana cukup untuk dorang. So I made it myself. Selak je resepi kat memana.</p>
<p>Bukan susah pun buat pancake ni, asal ada tepung, susu and telur boleh je buat.</p>
<p>Tengok resepi kat bawah ni</p>
<p>INGREDIENT</p>
<ul>
<li>2 cawan tepung gandum</li>
<li>1 cawan susu segar</li>
<li>1 sudu kecil baking powder</li>
<li>1 sudu besar gula halus (saya kurangkan manis)</li>
<li>1 biji telur</li>
<li>1 sudu besar minyak zaitun (takde minyak zaitun boleh je pakai minyak jagung, miyak kelapa sawit or melted butter)</li>
</ul>
<p>METHOD</p>
<ul>
<li>Campurkan semua bahan dan kacau hingga sebati. Make sure adunan tidak pekat sangat dan tidak cair sangat.</li>
<li>SImpan sekejap dalam peti sejuk dalam 30 minit gitu</li>
<li>Bila nak makan, panaskan kuali non stick (Saya pakai periuk tefal), then sendukkan adunan</li>
<li>masak pada api sederhana, bila nampak buih-buih, balikkan pancake</li>
<li>Masak untuk seminit dua</li>
<li>Angkat dan hidangkan dengan jem atau butter</li>
</ul>
<p>Our, favourite will always butter and honey. Honey is MUST kat rumah. every morning telan madu for me. Tak pun makan dengan butter and maple syrup. Tapi kat rumah takde .Next time le beli.</p>
<p>So kengkawan selamat mencuba resepi mudah ini. Berkhasiat untuk anak-anak. Makan petang pun boleh.Makan dengan ice cream.</p>

<li>1/2 cawan susu segar</li>

<li>Pukul telur + butter sampai kembang</li>
<li>masukkan pisang lecek + madu, pukul sampai rata</li>
<li>masukkan gandum pukul pada kadar perlahan</li>
<li>masukkan susu (make sure jangan pulak cair sangat) + choc chip</li>
<li>pukul pada kelajuan tinggi selama 4 minit</li>
<li>Siap, scoop ke dalam cupcake case then bakar selama 20 minut pada suhu 180</li>

<li>2 tbps hot milk</li>
<li>1 tpbs cooking oil</li>
<li>2 tblspn strawberry essense</li>
<li> a drop of red coloring</li>
<li>100ml whipping cream, whipped till stiff peak form</li>
</ul>
<h2>METHOD</h2>
<ul>
<li>Preheat oven at 150</li>
<li>Beat egg yolk with 1/4 of sugar, mix well</li>
<li>then add in flour little by little</li>
<li>Add milk</li>
<li>Add cooking oil then add colouring, mix well</li>
<li>Beat the white egg with 1/4 sugar</li>
<li>continue beating untill thick and glossy</li>
<li>then fold the batter with white egg</li>
<li>pour in a greased and lined baking pan and bake for 10 mins</li>
<li>Place on paper, spread with cream and roll the cake</li>
<li>chill in refrigerator before cutting and serve.</li>
</ul>
<p>p/s: As a first timer, I could say this is the most easiest cake to bake</p>

<p>Last weekend, since weren&#8217;t going anywhere,so I took the chance to bake a banana cake for Tea. At first I thought of do the baking with Ashraff but he was sleeping..</p>
<p>So here is my simple banana cake but make sure preheat your oven :</p>
<h3>INGREDIENTS</h3>
<ul>
<li>1.5 cup of self rising flour</li>
<li>1 cup of mashed banana</li>
<li>0.5 cup of castor sugar</li>
<li>0.5 cup of margarine</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>a handful of raisins (I used a small box of lego raisins)</li>
<li>a pinch of cinnamon powder</li>
<li>0.25 cup of water (suppose milk but no stock)</li>
<li>a tsp of vanilla essence</li>
<li>slice of banana for garnishing</li>
</ul>
<h3>Method.</h3>
<ol>
<li>Beat sugar and margarine till soft</li>
<li>add egg continue beating</li>
<li>then add vanilla essence , mashed banana</li>
<li>then flour followed by cinnamon powder, then water and raisins</li>
<li>done beating, pour into baking pan, put few drops of ribena syrups</li>
<li>start baking for 45 mins in 175 degree.</li>
</ol>
<p>Done baking, Ashraff and Afriena woke up and they enjoyed 2 pieces of banana cake</p>
