Mee Rebus

Kengkawan… ni la mee rebus yang I buat semalam. Insya’ allah besok I letak resepi dia ok? sbb internet slow la. So you all tgk je la dulu ok? yang pasti mee rebus ni akan jadi satu menu bila I dah bukak kedai makan nanti.

sepatutnya ada tauge and limau kasturi tapi I dah tak kuasa turun bawah pi beli.. lapar nengok mee yang sedap ni. sedap ke, kena tanya Mr husband sbb dia makan 3 pinggan

Mr husband craving for mee rebus since after I told him that I got the recipe from my Aunty aka Mak Long who’s staying in Singapore.But I am a bit fussy with packed yellow noodle. So he decided (he decided, but I’m the one who did the mess).

The Iron chef is busy helping me to make noodle.He was so excited with noodle making and he ate a lot of noodle with tomato sauce and egg. (his own recipe)

Actually, I dah terlampu tension dgn keadaan kerja kat opis I ni. Very the tension.Kalau tak pikir pasal kereta ku yang kena bayar setiap bulan mau je I belah from here. Kasi dorang buat semua kerja I muah muah….You all imagine, pagi je I sampai opis (I’m always the first one in Office) ada je call atau email yang tahap nak kena pi belasah. sbb dorang tanya soklan bodoh kan. Kalau korang nak tau , I handle Japanese Account alone but since I compaied to much work so dapatlah assistant tapi assistant selalu dok hilang, pi makan dekat 2 jam, tak masuklagi masa nak beramah mesra dgn member lagi kan. I malas la nak tegur sbb kalau I tegur confirm ada cakap cakap belakang. I kalau confront mesti nak menang je hihi. Ye la orang Jepun ni cerewet kan. Oh ya, my company is from NL , Netherland la so Opis sini handle semua account kat Asia, aome from Europe and USA.

Berbalik kepada rancangan nak jadi Housewife…. tak tau bila la suamiku yang tersayang tu nak approve jawatan baru I ni kan. I dah banyak plan nak buat kalau benti kerja. Salah satu nye I nak make sure baju yang berlambak dalam Laundry room di lipat, nak cat rumah and sebagainya. Mesti you all pikir kan, eh dia ni tak leh lipat ke masa weekend, jawapan I boleh tapi anak-anak I yg rajin tahap gaban tu mesti nak tolong lipat sekali……

You ada tak terpikir benda yang sama???Best kan kalau tak kerja, boleh le I pergi Gym and swimming setiap hari. juga buat projek kewanitaan.

p/s: wei korang tak nak comment ke dalam blog aku ni??? tak nak hadiah ke??? jgn risau aku tak kasi kacip patimah punye…………mesti gempak weiii sbb nextweek gua nak pi obesi (oversea) Sue, rahsiakan dulu pemergian ku ye!!!!!!

Am I fat??? No!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you like this statement? “Eh kau dah nampak gemuk la” Do you feel like slapping them?

For me yes, because it’s sensitive issue for me. I guess I’m not fat . My weight only 49 kg. For my height, being pregnant twice and it’s through normal delivery, I’m considering I am ok with it. I don’t think I am fat. What I am concern is my body shape. It doesn’t look like a “coke bottle” anymore. but still okay. Does this issue matter you?? for me yes, because it’s affect my confident level especially when meeting people.I had once , people said I’m fat, I don’t understand how thin you want me to be?? so that night, I refused to eat and it make my husband worry because I can’t skip my meal or else I’ll get gastric. Once I got gastric, it will last for a week and I might caught fever. For the person who ever said I’m fat, think first they might be a consequence.

Anyway, I believe all women very sensitive about this issue. According to my Doctor, my weight is okay not fat not thin. Yes I agree with that. But now I want to work  out  for  nice tummy (not flat but with muscle) this mean more swimming and excercise. I watch my diet too.Here are the tips:

  1. I eat lot of vegie and fruit
  2. seldom drink carbonated drink , drink more plain water or tea without sugar
  3. must have juice everyday
  4. I eat breakfast , lunch , tea break and dinner (I take rice as well)
  5. seldom drink during my meal
  6. go swimming once a week (unless it’s raining)
  7. seldom by deep fry food from outside
